lol warm 2.3 is 100x better than warm z was for the inc way more features
and i guess i could look at other battery icons lol
haha, IMO the stock sense battery with the % inside is by far one of the best looking out there...but i mean hey, do whatever you want..as long as we can UOT kitchen it up, i'm satisfied lol

Yeah, definitely change the battery, lol. I'm hoping for something with percentage, like he said with the stock? That'd be awesome. And then that 3G, or 4G LTE icon, maybe make it look like that one from the Prime XL rom, where it has kind of a...well, you know what it looks like. But coloured green or something, to match the theme and stuff
Yeah buddy! I'm really looking forward to getting my Rezound and running this ROM.
I'm coming from a Droid X (my first android, didn't know any better).
So far I'm digging the rezound. I'd like more customization like in the status bar and notification shade, and resizable widgets would be nice.
Also, since battery icons have been mentioned I'd like to put in a vote for a red battery icon - to match the phone's styling!
I'm a ROMaholic so looking forward to trying Warm for the first time!!

I'd like to see all of the quick settings in the drop down, right now there's only a few available: Mobile Network, Hotspot, BT, and Airplane Mode. I like having screen brightness in there as well as WiFi and whatever else was there, at least when I was using Business Sense GB. I ran some version of Warm prior to BS GB, not sure if I ever used a GB Warm though. Regardless, other than the drop down, the battery % in the icon, Rosie custom right button, depaginated app drawer, and the advanced reboot feature are all I really got. I'm easy lol.
Oh, and the Flashlight app. I was able to get it working on my Rezound by ripping it from another ROM and moving it to system/app, but it doesn't vary brightness levels for some reason.
I've started work on this again i originally killed the project but im bringing it back dont want to post yet because i havent added all the tweaks yet but will post when i will the svn link is in the OP if you guys ever want to test it out its been confirmed booting

Man I don't see a thanks button.. But THANKS.. This is one of the best Red based themes I've seen and I've been looking for something like this since I started using CM7 for he X on June 17. I realize this is hard, and was about to get started themeing myself but after browsing the directions from various forums, I'm gonna need some time to learn.. It's more involved that I realized.

Exactly what I've been looking for. Been looking for a nice red theme with nice colored icons similar to icandy/urban but with red instead of blue highlights. Awesome.. However, on my droid X It gives an error saying something about it being improperly signed or something.. not the one about components missing.. I'm sure its something about being improperly signed and it won't apply.. Any suggestions?

Hey man, Have you forgotten about me? I'm sure I'm not the only one who would use this if they had discovered it. It reminds me to red river for DSX. I will try to study up on making roms for CM7 this weekend. But I'd really love to see you port this man.. It's not working on my DX. I know its not for the dx originally, but it shouldn't matter should it. If anyone can port it, I'd really appreciate it. I'd say I'd donate, for it, but I don't know how much time It'd take or what it'd be worth.. Esp since I'm a poor boy.. LOL.. I check back here every once in a while to see if there's been any progress made.. Please Please Port this...

Error you are getting is because of preview, so it needs to be removed. If you want you can try EyeCandy-1.7.7-nopreview just to see what to expect

Thanks man.. Just making sure you hadn't forgotten about it.. I'm still gonna read up on themeing.. But i will try eyecandy again.. Seems like it didn't work either way, I'll try the nopreview again tonight. That too is a beautiful theme. One of the best I've seen.. I'm just partial to the red one. And most red themes have the leave red icons in the settings menu, which I don't like. I like the colored ones like those in your themes. Thanks again man.. I really appreciate your work.. I've already told several people about it on other forums.. LOL
I really like the dialer buttons too. And the brushed aluminum. I've been using eyecandy, it's a nice theme with a bit of red, but had blue for selection in settings.. I know thats being picky.. And beggars can't be choosers.. LOL
@ Yes, im going to update both of them by friday, when im going to a vacacion, so ill do as much as ican themeing. This one is updated last time long ago before cyanogenmod made changes to battery so it has missing icons.

I cant rememeber did eyecandy had blue selections earlier but now they are all htc sense green. I relly love htc sense so i've tried to use as much as i can from it, buttons, selections boxes, that green color and everything else that matches eye candy concept.

Hey man, I tried the no preview of the eyecandy theme, and no luck. I'm on Nightly 30 of CM7 for DX. With the preview I can select the theme but get an error. With the no preivew one I can't see an option to select it in theme chooser..

In the bottom of first post in eye candy thread is link to the screenshot where it is described how to aply no preview one. You have to scroll real slow between two other previews to notice it.

Yay, It worked. Running it now. LOL, I can't believe I missed that at the bottom of the post. Saaaweeet. Man that is probably the best looking theme, I have ever used on any rom.. Hands Down. The best. It's awefully nice of you to put these out here for free when people charge for themes that aren't even 5% as good. Eyecandy is in a league of it's own. I will definitely spread the word. I've always been about open source and free software which is why I preach Linux and Android through and through, at work, home, to friends. I recently converted an iphone user to Android, He got an X2 on a prepaid plan. If only motorola would unlock the bootloaders. I don't think it's such a big deal now at least on the X, but the next phone I buy (just got my X in Feb, my first smartphone) will be easier to mod for sure. Probably HTC. I'll definitely do my homework first.

Well im trying to get the numbers to turn blue... And I will but honestly I put a crap ton of work into that dialer since it uses the same pin asset for the bottom buttons as well... Which is a real pain! Ive done other dialer mods which i may redo for this but let me know what you think will look good and Ill take it into consideration..

i honestly like the dialer. my only issue with anything. is in the writting on like notification bar or pin unlock or even browser , its black. hard to see in bright light.

Dude all of that will be fixed with todays update no worries man Like I said it was what I could get done in one night i started yesterday about 2 in the afternoon and didnt finish till 4 in the morning... So todays update will fix all of that...

yeah man its all tested and fixed i fixed the dialer also and many other apps we noticed probelms with only this to fix is a smali edit in calendar... We will have that done by tomorrow.
The update is up and it has a ton of fixes ill work more on the powermenu dividers no worries ill find them I had to fix some black on black issues in a few places today... and the dialer so Enjoy...

Pretty sure those dividers are in systemui. I always get rid of them. Should effect the dividers in quick settings as well. Ill look in my theme when i get off work tonight see if i can help locate

Looks great...only thing that stands out is the black/black in the market and the blue/white of the options check marks. The white really pops against the dark background and gives the impression of being the "on" setting. I would suggest making the white a dark grey.

Looks great man seriously different I like that maybe one small suggestion is the status bar clock color is a little bit in between the battery and notification colors I would make it the color of notifications and have the battery different color like it is as to attract attention to the battery since its the one thing besides color that is different in the status bar

Problem would be with this, if it's a skin, those aren't elements that can be included..the background can, but not battery or clock

Very sleek, really like the diagonal cutaway design here too. Reminds me of skelton watches and see-thru casings styling, which I love.
Like to see designs on the tray at the bottom, though tastes seemingly vary more on that UI aspect.
Would love to see this completed, awesome work as usual. :thumbup:

I'm sure he would theme the bottom but, its not possible... we don't have the tools to theme everything yet
Thanks for the feedback guys. I'm glad you all like it as much as I do. A lot of work has gone into this already. I wanted to do something different then everything else that I've done and this is turning into one of my favorites.
taskbar icons and clock are gonna be worked on sooner or later. well most roms have tweaks in them and you can change the battery and clock to whatever color you want, so I might not do anything to them. it is a skin right now but I plain on having add-on packs for root user's. I'll also have a link to all of the wallpapers that I have for this theme. I think I'm up to 20 different wallz so far.
as for the bottom nav bar, its out of my hands. when and if virtuous team releases the tools, it will change everything because this will turn into a 4.0 theme. I was holding out on doing the theme till then but they might decide not to release it at all. who knows.
there's still a lot I wanna do with this. I haven't decided if I wanna release a public beta yet. It might happen tho.
will this be comparable with Ineffabilis Deus v1.2? i have bought your other themes and one element that isnt themed is the "quick setting" button. it stays the same all the time. not really a deal breaker i was just wondering

That's because chingys quick settings were custom made and the images do not have the stock names so themes/skins do not replace them
I can probably fix that.

I'm a bit hesitant to request this, kind of feel like a freeloader.
Besides the Bluetooth stack, there are just two things that I would like to change about my LTEvo.
RacerofAll had a deSensed theme for MeanROM that had a simple blue battery. I miss that battery very much.
My wife's Galaxy Note 2 (stock, rooted) has a similar battery, just in a green color (like the green even more).
The 4G indicator (yeah, I'm lucky enough to have LTE) in MeanBean just has 4G. I was hoping for an "LTE 4G" or just "LTE".
Could someone with the talent and time create these to use with MeanBean?

Download gimp. Archive into systemUI.apk, search 4g edit the pkg with gimp. Tada.

I think OMJ has a simple blue Sense 4+ and 5 battery in his mod pack. Not sure if that's the one you're looking for. Flashing the battery icon won't bork anything in MeanBean.

Yep, those look great! The top two batteries look close, if not exact. I really like the 4GLTE icon as well. Are those already in your mod pack? If so, I'm flashing now.

no problem....I wasn't sure if u wanted white or blue 4G icons, so I made both. Instead of the in/out arrows, you'll have the in/out signal icons as seen in the screenshots below. If you notice any issues, let me know. I wasn't able to test 4G, as I don't have it yet (coming soon )....I had to rename the icons to 3g for testing.
