This is like! But it could be green .. and animated. Are doing a great job!

Using photoshop and Absolute Root System Tools (http://www.apktop.com/absolute-system-root-tools-1-8-4.html) to add a memory card.

Can you make it 240x320, please?

Added a modification of the stock bootanimation with a blinking SE logo at the end, so you don't have to stare at the logo, as if the phone is stuck while booting.

that was my bad I should of put that in the op.. flashing it will only work on mysense cus its just putting it in the /system/customize/resource file ... where cm stores it in the /system/media/
you could just move the TMUS_bootanimation.zip out of the file, rename it to bootanimation.zip and move it to your /system/media/ folder

[font] Sony Ericsson Logo Font [root]

I found the Sony Ericsson logo's font, and replaced the DroidSans standard font with it. It looks pretty sleek.
Download attachment Digital Sans EF and unzip [bold, bold italic, italic and normal Sony Sketch Font also included now]
Rename to DroidSans.ttf
Go to /system/fonts
Backup the original DroidSans.ttf (move to sdcard [different folder than downloaded DroidSans.ttf] or rename to DroidSans.ttf.bak)
Move DroidSans.ttf downloaded to /system/fonts
Reboot and enjoy

Looking for some install help.. I used the root explorer method, and have moved the updated boot file 'hTC_bootup_one.zip' into /system/customize/resource, and using the explorer can see the image files are updated appropriately. However, when I reboot, the stock HTC boot screen shows. Not sure how to get it to use the updated .zip while which I am able to verify is in place..
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
