[Q] - sliding down notification toggle buttons - Galaxy S II Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi
Is it hard to make notification toggle buttons slide down with the bottom notification bar ? So they will be at the bottom of the screen after notification menu is "opened"
I have seen it on some theme but can not find it. Can someone point me to that theme then I will try to reverse engineer.

[Q] How to display notification screen without tapping status bar?

How can I display the notification screen without tapping on the top status bar?
Meaning, I have big fingers, so it's difficult to tap the thin top status bar to display the notifications screen (the screen that shows connection status, new text message notices, etc).
So, I am looking for a way to create a shortcut that will display the notification screen without the hassle of trying to tap on little status bar to display it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Click to collapse
+1 I want that for a long long time and i have no clue how to make that shortcut.
In Android we can do that but in winmo i don't know.
Ok,
found a solution, install mortscript and then just run the attach script
you can assign this script to a shortcut in screen or assign it to a hardware key
this script is only a mouse click simulation. if you change the coordinates you can point the shortcut to perform a click in a different screen location
done
CHT has the widgets for notifications. You should try it, if haven't yet.

Hiding status and navigation bar? Immersive

Hi,
i would like to hide navigation bar so i can use PIE for navigation but the navigation bar showing up when swiping from the bottom. For me it is ok that i can show the status bar by swiping from top
So how can I disable navigation bar from showing up when i swipe, but let the status bar function by swiping from top to down when i want
Thanks a lot!
Semi immersive is great, it doesnt show the navigation bar when i swipe from bottom to show PIE, but it shows the status bar, is it possible that it show the status bar only when i swipe from top to bottom, not when i show PIE, i hope i explained it a lil bit better now

Status bar auto expand/scroll - touch animation - querry

Hi there
When you touch/click the statusbar on a Z2 it will automatically expand itself and hide the whole screen.
I find this very annoying, especially when using apps which have buttons close to the status bar -it often happens that the status bar expands accidentally and because the screen is large, I have to use my other hand to hide it or press the back button. Anyway...
Is there any option/app/way to disable this function? so that the status bar is only scrolled down when I fully grab it and scrol it down a bit, not only press it?

*Remove* statusbar but keep notification shade?

Hey everyone!
I was wondering if it was possible to remove the statusbar entirely but retain the notification shade. The notification style is beautiful on lollipop and there's honestly no point of that ugly bar at the top of the screen anymore.
I used expanded desktop before but it requires you to go through multiple swipes before the notification shade opens.
Is it possible to remove the statusbar but keep the "one swipe" notifcation shade funtionality?
One way I thought this could work is to reduce the size of the statusbar to nill or just make it invisible and remove all the icons but I can't seem to find a way to do either of those things however.
Any ideas?

Notification shade pull down and bottom-up

So it looks like the G6 has an awesome button at the bottom to pull down the notification shade so you dont have to stretch all the way to the top of the device. How about moving the notification shade to the bottom? This would make a lot more sense given how big phones are getting. Really the only reason you stretch to the top of the phone is to get to the quick toggles or notifications up top. Would be great if this came from the bottom to alleviate this.
Hi
Well, that requires a software modification, but if you want that button, it can be easily added if your rom supports Navigation Bar, you can add custom button and set function to pull down notification, and even if it doesn't you can add it with xposed and gravity box app.
