crossflash what exactly? If you mean ROMS, possibly....
If you mean kernels, yes but you will have issues. Each kernel is build from scratch based on a configuration file for the specific device.

I have installed SE Mix ICS v4 posted in the "Xperia Mini & Mini Pro & Active Themes and Apps" section, now by build.prop has changed to SK17i, guys please help me with the original file or help me solution as market or sony update recognise it as xperia mini.

that's because you flash the wrong rom ..lol ..this thread/rom is for xperia mini ST15i/a ..not E10

It takes 10 Minutes :
Unlock ur Bootloader and then Flash a Kernel...
or other methods (if u don't want to unlock ur Bootloader)
