Moko case for Lenovo Thinkpad tablet - Thinkpad Tablet Accessories

I have been using this case for the past month and very happy with it. The tablet fits snugly in it and there is minimal increase in its bulk. Functionally it works well rendering full access to all ports and the stylus. Highly recommended. Can be found at http://www.amazon.com/MoKo-Folding-.../ref=sr_1_11?ie=UTF8&qid=1323302708&sr=8-11(I got it from Ebay at a fortune though beacause Amazon refuses to ship it to me in Hong Kong)
Here are some pics

second the above.
Moko is a great case. well designed, sturdy, very useful as it can hold the tablet up at two different angles. I have the keyboard, and use it on occasion, but my tpt spends most of its time in this case.

is this the real leather version

No at that price.

Between the non-leather one at $19.99 and the leather version at $25.18 I rather just get the leather one.
Mind you these are Amazon Prime prices.
TS

roocase also has a leather case, hmmm i wonder which one should i get.

Lenovo Australia are currently having a half price sale on most accessories, including the folio case, which you can get for $20. got mine today, It is a great looking folio, with no leather over the bevel, which looks great. It just clips into a plastic inner.
Its a great sale, got the keyboard folio for $40, the lot for just over $100.
Not sure of the sale if it is worldwide on other Lenovo stores or how long it is on for.

Found a nifty sleeve that fits the g tablet pretty well!

It's nice and only has about a 1/4" of play on the width, but the length is just right. Best fit I could find for this enigma of a tablet.

edit: Should note that this is more of a sleeve than a case, sorry for not being clear.
will check that out
I will check that out. I wish they had a gel skin!
more of a sleeve than a case. Good find though but i will stick to the gtablet one from sears for $5.

You are right Scott, I have changed my original post.
I couldn't find the Sears case anywhere, so I went hunting.
I saw these cases in person at a local Best Buy store. They are very nice quality padded neoprene cases... much thicker neoprene than the cheap cases on eBay and at Meritline. I didn't have my GTab with me at the time, but it crossed my mind that the case may be a perfect fit for my GTab. I believe they were $19.99 at the store so it seems cheaper online.
Wtang: it has a very nice fit.
They honor the online sale price in store, picked mine up today
FYI, amazon has this product too, for less.

Thanks. Will have to check it out next time I am at BB.
Nice ... I got used to my plain black/red Meritline sleeve for my Dell Vostro A9 netbook, and am looking fo rsomething simple and similar. Thanks!
Checked it out at my local Best Buy, the fit was perfect! I'd also agree that the neoprene padding is solid and not flimsy.
Another alternative sleeve would be the "Incase Neoprene Netbook Sleeve - Black - CL57365," also at BB (couldn't post links, sorry). I had my gTablet with me while trying out the sleeves, so I can confirm that the fit was snug for both. Like the OP said, length was perfect, and not too much slack on the width so the gTablet won't slide around. The Incase also had a white faux-fur lining inside.
Ultimately, the zippered storage pocket on the HP sleeve and the fact that Amazon sells it for $10 won me over.
I will try to post some photos of the HP sleeve when it arrives. Thanks OP!

HP 10.2" Mini Sleeve

HP WV594AA 10.2" neoprene sleeve originally for an HP Mini
Just picked up one of these today off the shelf at Best Buy and it fits my Transformer Prime + keyboard dock like a dream. Snug but not overly tight. The front pouch is also nice to carry extra tidbits. I like to store the tablet attached to the dock but some of the other sleeves were a little too tight. This one is perfect and the zipper closes smoothly without too much extra wiggle room.
Amazon link will be added soon when I am able to post outside links per XDA rules.
Just thought I would let everyone know in case they need a relatively cheap high-quality sleeve.
I also picked this case up yesterday and as the OP states, it's a great little case for the prime/dock. Amazon link provided below and you save 9 dollars ordering from amazon than from picking it up at Best Buy. Of course... then there is shipping.

I've been using my 7" Acer one sleeve for mine.
It is a great sleeve for the TF201, but it stretches out and doesn't fit very well after a couple months of use.
Does anyone know of a good fitting sleeve that has a handle on it? I think the reason my HP sleeve has stretched is because I carry it around under my arm quite a bit.
BUILT makes a sleeve pouch that's called the envelope. It has a main pouch that fits the tablet and keyboard perfectly and also has a front pocket for your accessories. I've been using it for several months now and enjoy it. They also make a version with an over shoulder strap. Both are for sale on Amazon last I checked.
Edit. Its made from Hugh quality neoprene wet suit grade material. Quite stretchy!

I'm kinda liking this one because of the shoulder strap and the clear front. Since I wouldn't use it near water, I wish they had a similar one made from leather or neopreme.

Otterbox on note

I got a reply back today from otterbox. I asked if they planned on making a case for the note. They said they're working on the otterbox commuter case for the note as we speak and should be available soon. Thought I would post just in case anyone was interested.
G~Note "nuff said"
I had an Otterbox case for my Streak, and loved it, but I have to say that I am shocked at the quality of this generic case I got on ebay for like $8! Head over to the accessories forum and you'll see some pretty happy campers who spent less than $10 for a case...

I have used Otterbox cases in the past but the last time i checked they were listing the case for the G Note at 56$ Um they can kiss my business g buy. I got a very good Reiko case from a seller on ebay for 8.88$ delivered The Reiko case is everybit as good as a defender from over priced otter! I tend to be from the school "ya get what ya pay for" but the Reiko case even has a kickstand, flap covers that cover charging an earphone ports.
I had bought one of those off brand cases for my ns4g on amazon. It came with a stylus and like 3 screen protectors for 10$! They're are some good deals out there so I agree. I seen that reiko with the kickstand think I seen a red/black one. I might have to get it. I bought the flipbook (hated it before I took a chance) I was surprised tho. Note looks sexy just doesn't offer much protection in case of a drop

Otter says on their site that they sell their own products higher on their site then what their resellers sell for b/c they would rather you buy through them but won't refuse money. So the price quoted is always higher then what is available once they start shipping. I bought a commuter for my Vibrant and loved it. I did break it eventually and that happened by removing it so many times. I just wish I could get the Defender for this thing. I may have to look at some of the knock offs out there for such a dramatically lower priced case. I still just want a nice (brown) leather belt clip holster since leaving the tie off is considered a casual day at work for me.
Otter box return policy
Even tho theirs prices are little higher than the norm, the have excellent warranty policy and will pretty much ship you a complete new case if need be, providing you date and name the pictures. I've received a couple through this process (All defenders cases), ex complete case (SGN), replaced several holsters (Iphone, Backberry, Nexus S)

I agree. I've done this too and for that service I'd gladly pay a bit more.

They included an amazing screen protector with my iPhone 4 commuter case also (better IMO than this SGP one that I'm using).
I will probably pick one up, especially if it includes their protector...

I've had an Otterbox on every device I've had so far (iPad & iPhone). They really make some great cases (a bit costly but worth every cent). I can't wait until I can get one for the Note.
I love otterbox too, however, I needed something right away. I'm a bit to clumsy to gamble on a $750 device. I ordered an "active" case from Seidio, they are similar to otterbox except no screen protector (I use zagg anyway). One thing I like about Sedio products over otter is the options. It's a three layer case with the first layer having the capability to be a simple standard case. Check them out if you don't feel like waiting.

Please advise on the product you ordered. My main concern is the holster not being sturdy enough like the Otterbox.

I've used their case with holster for my charge, the belt clip has held up very well. I was mistaken on my first post. I thought this was the equivalent of the defender series. After looking at it again, I see that it is more like the commuter series from otter box but with a holster. Still a great case/holster combo in my opinion. I can't post a link yet, but check out the online store at seidio.com.

The dude at the ATT store told me Otterboxes were "bulky pieces of crap".
Then he proceeded to try to sell me a Speck case for FIFTY BUCKS.
I had to pass I too am looking forward to a commuter case.

As this is a post about accessories it should be in that section
I have received confirmation from my otterbox rep that cases are in the works
I've received my case from Seidio, and I like that it doesn't make it that much thicker. On a phone this size, any bulkiness may be a bit to much. I'm also glad to hear that otter is working on one as well. I have a gift card for them and would like to compare cases.
Either way, the active case from Seidio is what I expected. I also cut my own custom screen protector from a HD Zagg designed for the kindle fire. I think the stylus works better with the HD version then their standard protector.

Bobj TF300 Protective Silicone Case

On Transformerforums i found a post from a certain Bobjgear where he announces a rugged silicon case for our beloved TF300.
It will be for sale on all Amazons around mid-june.
I think this will be my case.
While the Gumdrop and all those leather cases will make the tablet too bulky and all others like Armor Shield protect nothing but just some scratches.
Good thing is that it will be for sale on all Amazons so P&P will not be too ridiculous. I am refreshing Amazon everyday now.
Link doesn't work bro.
Nevermind, its working. I like those cases, I'm tired of waiting for gumdrop. They should have had the tf300 case in production a long time ago.

Using this for about 2 weeks. Great case. Only negative is the case weighs roughly twice as much as tab. Foam probably better like m edge for ipad supershell. Light case.
I want one of these

You can now also buy silicone skin on eBay. It is much cheaper and works great with TF300. Must have for every Asus owner!
http://www.ebay.com/itm/251137668359
That's a nice one too! But not comparable to BobJ's case.
Pro of this one is that it will keep your tab less bulky and lighter then BobJ's case.
Con is that it will not give you that much protection like BobJ's case, which is much more bulkier but then again much more drop proof for idiots like me.
Just got mine in today. I feel so much safer already. This is a very nice case, thanks Bobj!!!

Just to update an older thread. I just got one of these silicone rubber skins off Ebay. It's very nice and will do the job. It's no Gum-Drop or BobJ but it's a lot less bulky too.

Have One, Love It
I've had the roocase for 6 months now, and I have to tell you I love it. If you're primary concern is protection, is is superb. The inner sleeve (that the tablet actually fits into) makes it super easy to hold on to. Put it in the main case, prop it up for easy hands free reading or watching a movie.
Just thought I'd share my opinion. These cases used to be really expensive. I'm at work, and they have Amazon blocked so I can't see if it's exactly the same case, but mine is leather. Has zippered outer case, and sleeve that fits inside.
