Wondering if anyone has confirmed this phone on Boost mobile, would love to use it at a cheaper plan then Verizon.

Doubt it would work.
I'm pretty sure you can't flash a phone with a sim card to another provider. Atleast not with pageplus here.

The SIM is just for LTE though. Not too sure how that would limit the CDMA part from working. The OG Inc was able to go onto boost. There's a thread about it in the Inc general forum.
Not saying it would work, just wondering what would inhibit it from working.

You can flash it and it would work just fine on any CDMA network.
You need to take it to someone that knows how to reprogram it by writing the NVs.
Once you do that you won't need the LTE sim card.
Its real simple. Trust me.

Has anyone successfully ported a Rezound over to boost mobile.
I have one and would be very interested..
Currently using an EVO 4g on boost. But the Rezound would be much better..

If you wanted to go to like T-Mobile or sprint, then there might be interest.

Hey Fellas, i used Revolution to root my phone, i have since put many roms on my phone, the rom i currently have is shooter sense 3.0....i love the ROM its awesome, i am in a 4G coverage area and my 4G just says scanning but never connects, just says scannning, so i restored back to some stock rooted rom that i d/l online, 4g still doesnt work. so i then d/l the latest radio by Caulking or whatever, and still no 4G, just says scanning, oi am now back to the shooter sense 3.0 rom and still no 4G, and im in a 4G coverage area, how do i fix this?

Go into the setting click the system info or something and you will find a thing that says update profile. Click that and it should work

Had this same issue occur on my EVO4G, back in the day. Basically when they first were new. Messed around too much and somehow lost my WiMax keys. Since then I believe they've come up with several ways to repair the issue. What I did then was RUU back to factory, and start the whole root process over. That got my WiMax back.

Reset to factory RUU using the supersonic RUU utility, on the hboot screen it still says s-off and revolutionary at the top...Sole Conslusion is that this phone, per revolutionary CANNOT be unrooted, now that i have the bone stock rom on my evo, the 4G doesnt work, i know this because on the stock evo rom, while searching for 4g you get in the top left part of the screen it states "4G!" which means there is no 4G, well that little symbol is not on the top the screen in either my new rom or the stock rom, stating something is wrong with my 4G...i think i have a unique situation that i need to be fixed...and i cannot find a fix for this

i did, i ran RUU_Supersonic_1.32.651.1_Radio_1.39.00.04.26_release_171253...same problem
Try flashing the pc36.img file from bootloader. Did u already try updating your prl?

i do sometimes see that when i go to an area where it would typically roam, it instead says 1X at the top, i will check to see this evdo thing you speak of right now

verizon says its not a global phone and as such does not have unlock codes for it.

He's actually a great developer over in the wildfire s section. I ran his sense 3.5 Rom and his 2.1 and they're great. He's also helped me out through pm trying to fix some stuff. Thanks jmztaylor! And welcome to 3d world, did you get your 3d yet, or is it even out for VM?
About your poll, I pay sprint for service but my phone says Virgin Mobile because I was one of the few that had to flash that red hot VM firmware leak, but ill be back to all sprint soon.

Jmztaylor, sorry for going off topic but have you tried Simons utility to unlock the 3d? It says it works for all HTC phones.

Jmz, I flashed my sprint evolution 4g to my virgin mobile account.
I thought the Evo 3D came out just about a year ago on Sprint, perhaps 13 months. Why would anyone break contact with a year to go to move to VM? I'm sure I'm missing something here.
I recently bought the Sprint branded Evo V 4G but that's not the users you're looking for.

How's the service for Virgin Mobile? This divorce is going to cost a lot of money. Trying to cut back on everything just to stay afloat.
I installed the VM firmware the first day we were told that it had to be installed to run freeza's ROM, but I have not had many issues like others. And after flashing the nocturnal release, I cannot find anything on my phone that references VM.
How do you flash to VM? sorry if that's off-topic

So I am going to try meanrom now that swg is no more. swg has been great but I am still on 2.06 and its time to upgrade. I know I need to upgrade my radios but I dont know how to tell what radios im on or where to get the newest ones. I am rooted s-off (lazy panda).
So i guess I am asking if anyone can link me to the new radios so i can flash a new Rom. Also i assume they just get flashed by recover like everything else. Should I update anything else besides the radios?

Go to the link below. Use the first link under 'Firmware Downloads' in the OP. Rename the file PJ75IMG.zip, place it on the root of your external SD card and load it through your bootloader. Delete the file off your SD card once you've finished updating. This will update your PRI and radio to the newest versions.

Ok so I updated it and man i get some great 4g speeds now BUT... Now i get 4g speeds for a few minuets and it switches to 3g. The only way for me to get 4g again is to restart the phone...any advice why i am loosing 4g signal?

Did you try updating PRL and Profile? That may help or you could try to manually change your PRL.
Is there a new update?
