Hello,
I would like to share what I've been working on for few weeks.
I've used it on a DoomLord's Kernel and on a Stock one. Haven't tested it on a locked bootloader, but it works 100% on unlocked bootloader.

Installation:
-paste the "2011-12-18.15.29.38" folder to xrecovery/backup (from rom.rar) and restore it via xRecovery
-to install the font, gallery etc. flash it via xRecovery

I'm trying to change that. It should work in theory, but doesn't work in practice
framework-res/assets/fonts -font for lockscreen clock
Rename ur font to soma light and regular copy back to framework and flash

but it's hard to make the fade in block below date looks great... it fade in when you touch
don't know if it's possible to disable it.

download the attachment(conversation.rar)
extract it
install conversation.apk to your phone
or replace the origin conversation.apk through root explorer

included conversation.apk.. are not supported by 2.1.1.A.0.6 fw,.. on my device anyway. i'm check it yesterday

replace the conversations.apk(system/app) with the attached conversations.apk
remember to change permissions
Green Mod with icons like i said...
for those who like the green side!
in the pictures below you can see which icons are changed and an preview of the iconset.
there are nearly 140 icons in this set and its only a green mod of the prodigal sun iconpack that you can find in the market.
special thanks for this mod goes to loveboatcaptain
you have to install everything with rootexplorer or adb exept the icon set...
push it to sd and install in the normal way as iconset
my changes only for battery, statusbar and screen of animation. thats all... you have to do the rest with the iconset.
TESTED WITH .181 FIRMWARE - WORKS !
TESTED WITH .184 FIRMWARE by rustynuts34 - WORKS !
for demonstration of "screen of animation" use youtube...
if youre looking for a nice green livebackground, search "flurry" in market

YESSS... put the framework in the framework folder and the SystemUI in the app folder. before you do that change the permissions.
now you only have to replace the files.
I love that people started making modifications for the arc

Is it ass easy ass just copy "defaultthemes.apk" into system/app witht the permisions of the original file and reboot? Ill answer my own question: Yes it is..I didnt even have to reboot.
Would you mind editing the "White" theme to having grey and white text boxes in the text app?

I managed to add themes to the package instead of overwriting them. Just decompile and add your files using unique names. Then make sure the uid's are sequential (+1, use a hex-dec generator). Or you can use the file from my Black and White theme as a base for 10 additional wallpapers.

Had to reboot to get themes working.
Is there any easier way to keep stock themes and just add this new themes, instead of overwriting?

Remember to do a nandroid backup in recovery before you flash it, so you can return to original state.
