There are many different roms for the Galaxy SII, and there are many variants of the Galaxy SII. So you need to provide more info.

Hi everyone, I searched for a lot of kernels for the my galaxy s2 but couldn't find one matching mine . I really want to flash Roms to my galaxy s2 but I can't find mine on XDA. I also want to know if I can simply flash any rom to my device (I9100g) or it should be I9100?? I'm really confused there so many review on the internet, but I'm not sure what to do, and I don't want to brick my phone. I'll attach a screen shot of my settings, and I hope any one can help me out.

Apparantly the thead has been moved to the correct section
You had posted it in the I9000 General section but them mods silently moved it to the correct section

There are several s2 phones, and before we begin dispensing advice, it would be helpful to know which s2 you have.
The best way to find out is in system settings: about phone: model number.
If you remove the battery, the model number can be found there as well.
In this page you can find a good way for root your s2 It worked for me.

I tried a very long time to find an image of CyanogenMod11 to flash on my phone ( Samsung galaxy ace gt s5830i), but I didnt find it. This thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/gal...ve5830i-thread-cynogenmod-11-t2808268/page123 costs me hours but I dont get the file. Where do I get the actual image? And/or instructions?

You would find your firmware easier if you went to Sammobile.com or samsung-updates.com and used your model number to find your firmware.
