Q1: How do I flash this ROM?
Assuming you have S-Off, and have installed recovery – Reboot the phone into recovery (Vol Down + Power [In power off mode] and select recovery. Select “Install with Zip from SD Card” – Select the ROM from your SD and press power – Confirm and you are good to go.*

Q 3: Which radio should I use?
This is a trick question. According to many users over the years, they have recommended to change the radio only if you are facing troubles with the current one that you are using. Radio is a very very very location specific thing. So, what works for me, may not work for you. Generally, Lee will put in the recommended radio in the first post.
Q 4: Is the radio included in the ROM? How do I flash?:
Yes its included, but as explained under Q3, it´s individual and who may be good for me may not be good for you.
Have a look and try out for yourself, but only if your not satisfied with your current radio.
Easiest steps to flash a radio is (assuming you have sdk and HTC Drivers and are SOFF)
- Put the radio PG86img.zip in the folder where fastboot is under sdk\tools
- Turn off your phone and and reboot into Bootloader and select fastboot, connect the phone to the pc - now you show see Fastboot USB on the phone.*
- Goto command prompt on your pc. Goto the folder with Fastboot.
- Type*fastboot flash radio radio.img*and watch it write the new radio.

Q 5: Right or recommended order of flashing?
Wipe>ROM>Reboot> Radio.
Q 6: Should I use a task killer on the LeeDrOiD ROM?
Checkthis and decide for yourself. "Lee would say NO".
Q7: Backup? What is that?
Its always a good idea to back up all of your data and settings before flashing a new rom with a full wipe. Best app available is Titanium Back up(included in the ROM)
The best way to back up the contacts is to sync it via HTC Sync, via your gmail or export them to you SD card using the "People" application.
Q 8: Is Nandroid and Titanium backup the same thing? How do I manage backups?
No, Nandroid backs up each and every individal partitions and stores them as .img files, Titanium backs up applications and user data. A Nandroid backup is done via the recovery menu and makes an exact image of your device in its current state.
Q 9: On what occasion will I lose my data (apps, contacts etc)?
Only when you apply the full wipe or the super wipe (see next question, A3). When you just flash a rom or a .zip from recovery, it will not wipe anything unless otherwise mentioned.
Q 10: I was on stock (or another rom from another cook) and I flashed LeeDrOiD ROM, now I am having some problems.
1. Try rebooting the Phone and see if it makes a difference.
2. Reboot into recovery and clear cache and dalvik, reboot the phone and clear data of the apps causing problem.
3. If nothing else works, then use the Full Wipe from the first post above or “SUPERWIPE”. Beware: A superwipe/ full wipe will erase EVERYTHING on the phone.
Q 11: How do I flash Full wipe or Superwipe (Get SUPERWIPE here)
and what does it erase?
Copy the .zip to the SD Card and flash it via recovery. DO NOT REBOOT once it is done, flash the ROM straight after. The full wipe will erase data, cache, system and format the partitions to EXT4. Superwipe will erase data, cache, system, boot and system files on SD card (EXT4 again).
Q 12: The screen is not very responsive and is lagging.
Let the phone settle down a bit after you unlock it. It generally needs a few seconds to kick up the CPU. Some discussions on the screen responsiveness and a market app here.
Q 13: The market is not installing anything. Gives error.
Reboot into recovery and select “clear cache partition”. And under settings - applications - Manage applications - under the Market app < Clear Data>.
Q14: I don’t like the CRT on and off animations, what can I do to disable these?
Look what LeeDrOiD has to say.! INCLUDED IN THE LATEST VERSION
Q15: My battery is draining heavily*.
When you first flash a ROM this is what happens. Give it atleast one full charge cycle and it should come back to normal. If required, reboot into recovery and clear battery stats. It is advisable to do so on 100%. Here is the*battery caliberationapp from the market. You can try this.
UPDATE; Battery Caliberation is now included in the rom!!!
Q16: Should I run the phone battery to zero percent, and what if it does??
Absolutely not! Both the current recoveries are giving problems while pulling the battery up from zero percent. If the phones dies off due to battery being zero, look here, might help.
Q 17: I am getting random lines across my screen on some widgets.
This is a fairly common problem, see here. A quick fix is to remove the widget and re-apply it or to use a different skin.
Q 18: MMS Problem? Picture size small?
Please check your APN settings. Or check outShroomster's. It has worked for a fair few people. Also, try the patch from here
Q 19: Some games that use the motion/G sensor are not working as they should.
Re-Calibrate your Gsensor – Settings – Display – Gsensor Callibration
Q 20: My wifi calling is not working (TMOUS).
Apply the wifi calling patch from the OP
Q21: I dont like the animations. Dont want them.
Go to spare parts, and disable all animations OR go to settings - display - animations.
Q22: How do I disable or change the boot sound?
A: You will need to a root explorer to do this. On your phone, using the root explorer, navigate to data\local. Rename the file android_audio.mp3 and reboot.. Viola - No more boot sound. To change, rename the one you want as the boot sound to andoid_audio.mp3 and place it in data\local folder. Or go to LeeDrOiD Tweaks\bootanimation sound.
Q 23: And the bootanimation?
Data\Local again. Replace the bootanimation.zip file with the one you want. The new file must be named bootanimation.zip.
Q 24: Can I modify frequencies using SetCPU?
Avoid set cpu at this stage. It is causing much troubles. The app needs to be updated for dual core usage.
EDIT: AVOID SETCPU in this version. Lee RECOMENDS SYSTEM TUNER!!!!!
Q 25: GPS Problems?
Try*faster fix app*from the market. Has helped a few members.
Q 26: SuperUser Force closes.
Goto Setting - Application - Manage Application - Super user - Clear Data. And, go to Super user application and click the right most icon on the top of the application (top right corner) and re-update the binaries. Also, go to settings and disable logging, its a bug in su3.
Q 27: The Evo restarts itself?

Jailbreaking and rooting could soon become illegal again, unless you act now.
Back in July of 2010 the US government ruled that jailbreaking and rooting weren’t a crime as long as the intention behind them isn’t circumventing copyright.

An organization called the EFF (Electronic Frontier Foundation) has issued a petition that anyone can sign – the idea is to get enough objective opinions in favor of renewing the ruling. The EFF also wants to add tablets to the agreement.

Tips to SAVE Battery
Download "Voltage Coltrol" from Market, and put voltages from 1200 to 200 like the image below. Firstly don't apply Set at boot option, because each mobile supports more or less undervolting, if you see your mobile freezes, or reboot sometimes, put +25mV to each frequency until you get it stable. When you get it, apply Set at boot option, to keep changes after reboot. Don't touch the buses.

I cant post the apk at the moment, but search google for roboto.apk and install it. I did and it works sweet.

Hii , The workaround that worked for me was to open Settings -> Language & input -> Text-to-speech output -> Google TTS Engine -> Language and change from the default (???) to English.
Hope it will work for you !! Did for me !!

Q: What it Aroma?
A:It's a unique installation process that allows you to choose the things you want to install before flashing. You can keep the rom pure and bloat free or add as much as you want. The user decides everything!
Q: What modem comes with this rom?
A:This rom does not come with any modem and does not modify your current one, because that's how it should be! Modems are region specific and it is really unwise to include modems with a ROM.
Q: I just flashed the ROM but I get no data connection?
A:Reboot once and you should be fine
Q: I flashed Default GAPPS but I don't see Gmail, Youtube or Maps?!
A:Latest GAPPS package (20120429) does not include these. You have to get them in Play Store.

A:Yup.. Get one from the Play Store. AOKP doesn't support FM radio.

as you said your learning and i think its not possible for that title, i know you can do it mate, you have amazing mods from hydrogen and rr and now you have your own rom, i want to learn also but i dont have enough free time to study compiling, thanks bajee, will follow this thread, goodluck mate

Enigma ROM is meant for performance with a nice balance with battery consumption (using a nice built kernel with init.d support) and lots of features.It will speed up your system and it will consume less ram. It will work with Xperia P at the moment)

How to be prepared
Flash latest Sony Stock JB Rom
Unlock your bootloader using instructions here http://unlockbootloader.sonymobile.com/instructions
Flash a custom kernel. I prefer Nemesis Kernel which you can find here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2214141 If you want your BL locked then you are ready to go.
Root your device (if you flash one of the kernels i mentioned then your device will be rooted)
Install CWM recovery or TWRP (when flashing one of the kernels i mentioned CWM recovery is integrated so you do not need to install CWM by yourself).
If you want your bootloader locked please search the forums to find the correct CWM installation method which needs rooting your device first and re-apply when flashing is finished.
Installation
Flash a custom kernel (Nemesis or any other) and boot to CWM recovery and flash latest Enigma ROM and make a factory reset.Then let it boot and settle up. (If you run on locked BL then power on and install CWM Recovery for locked BL)
Reboot to get RIL working and then reboot to CWM to flash the Gapps package
Reboot to system and let it settle
Reboot once more to enable tweaks
Enjoy the ROM!!! (If phone is not recognized in pc then go to Settings->storage hit menu button and tick MTP)

So corrently i'm on the DARK rom v2 and to flash the enigma v5 i needed not the reflash the stock JB ( juste flash the zip file into cwm) that's all???

do you recommend restoring our apps via titanium backup.. or is that risky for the performance of the ROM?
i hope you finally (and you will b the first) managed to fix the lag in dialer..
cant wait to install this ROM.
Rom is ready for download.. Lag is significantly reduced. As for restoring apps using Titanium my opinion is to re-install apps again but if you have some games and some data need to be restored then restore them with titanium backup of course.

Enigma ROM is meant for performance with a nice balance with battery consumption (using a nice built kernel with init.d support) and lots of features.It will speed up your system and it will consume less ram. It will work with Xperia P at the moment)

How to be prepared
Unlock your bootloader using instructions here http://unlockbootloader.sonymobile.com/instructions
Flash a custom kernel.Nemesis kernel is provided with the rom though
Root your device (if you flash one of the custom kernels then your device will be rooted)
Install CWM recovery (when flashing one of the kernels i mentioned CWM recovery is integrated so you do not need to install CWM by yourself).
Installation
Boot to CWM recovery,do a full wipe (cache,dalvik cache,format system) and flash Enigma v6.3 ROM.Then let it boot and settle up.
Reboot your device to CWM Recovery and flash Extra Step package.Then let it boot
Flash latest Nemesis Kernel if you want
Enjoy the ROM!!!

It should work fine but i do not own an xperia u so backup first. It also contains a kernel so as to boot after installation. It needs testing though.

Stock JB for Xperia U is never released, so what to flash as a base?
Updated OP post. Latest sony stock rom and second option is to do full wipes and format system and install the rom. About the second option i am not sure because i do not own this device so i need testers
I tried this ROM
and it is kind of beautiful one but unstable and has a lot of bugs
like wifi is not working
the screen never turns off it gust gets black
launcher is weird
no signal
reboot to CWM is not working
USB connection gives you removable disk without transferring between the phone and the PC
and a lot other small bugs

I assume that you formatted system and installed rom? If so can you flash stock one(the latest for this model) and try to install rom without formatting system?
for wifi to work please flash this : http://www.mediafire.com/download/cps7i28nw27ub46/ExperimentalU-Stock-9.0c4.zip
And from the screenshot i see that baseband is unknown so that's the reason for network not to work. try my suggestion to flash latest sony stock rom first and try to install enigma rom without formatting system. You can flash instead of a full stock rom only the baseband excluding all the other options.
Rom reuploaded with some fixes and Installation instuctions updated.

Not currently but it will as i am modifying stock one to test it in lock bootloaders.
I reuploaded the rom with fixes to sensors so no matter which rom you are running now, download it,put it in phone and flash it (wiping data/factory reset is always nice to avoid problems)
Well, first of all I tried the new version without any flashing to any ROM before it
and it has the same bugs as the previous one
but I tried to flash stock sony ROM before without wiping anything
and the result was a bootloop at the sony logo
and for your info I tried that twice, with 6.1.1.B.1.54 and 6.1.1.B.1.100
finally I had an idea to flash stock sony ROM then another JB ROM and then yours
so I flashed sony 6.1.1.B.1.100 then JB pipi14 v13 ROM then yours
and the result was wifi works, signal is back, screen is turning off
but CWM reboot isn't working and app drawer in launcher is still weird
I hope that could help you make this ROM better cuz it would be awesome

app drawer is not weird.it is 5x5 and stage icons (the icons down the desktop are 7. This is normal). I want you to test the functions (camera rear and front and led bar also.) As for cwm recovery i will fix this
