When I Connect It To Kies It Says Firmware Update Available But Once I Start A Firmware Update It Stucks At "Prepare For Firmware Upgrade" Window forever...
can any1 help me with this ?

Yes you can flash it but since you don't really understand how to flash it, I'll advise you to:
1. wait for Samsung to update your phone, or
2. Visit Samsung service center and ask them to upgrade your phone to latest ICS firmware.
Those two options above are safer for you as a beginner

Hi, you can find latest stock firmware on www.sammobile.com
You can flash it by Odin.
If you want you can choose modified stock firmware (ex. Neat ROM) - in s2 development thread.
