One day i saw a link on xda to a website who explain alot about how android is working, kernel ramdisk, how to extract ...
And i can't remember the name of this website.
so can someone give me a direction to tutorial on how modify kernel, port rom etc...

Possible to change the ROM Software of my german Touch Pro to English Rom?

Hey,
I just bought a Touch Pro for my friend, wanted to put an english Software on it. Does anyone know where I can download the original htc rom software? I would like to put the english software on it!

I feel like i didn´t have GPS problems with the original, but now always have with cooked roms

You are right, there is one, and I should know it. I am one one these guys telling the others to read the wiki first and don´t do it for myself, sorry for that post here.

can't find it... looking for about 2 hours for the complete file... but can't find it
and using the procedure like the link you were posting me before i get everytime the same error:

yeah exactly i found that one before i was downloading it, and i get a rar file.
I downloaded the file from OS ONLY. Is that correct?
After extracting it, i have three raw files. What I should do with them?

Creating a cm7 ROM

Hi guys, I''m already in the holidays so I would like to create a cm7 based ROM and share to everybody. But the problem is, I don't know how !!!! I've been searching for questions like that but ended up with something that uses the original ROM.
Can anybody give me a link or teach me how ????

You should have fast internet connection... because you will download about more than 3GB....also ubuntu too.... but when i was downloading mik's source , it had an erorr with Huawei ideos source????? , i'm following knzo's guide....

How-to easily compile AOSP using Docker

Hi everyone,
I don't know if this is the correct way of doing this but I wrote a blog post on how to compile AOSP using Docker. The full process should take less than a day if you want to try it out. So by tonight you can have your own ROM
