Ok how the heck do you get pass this part? I have tried everything and nothing seems to work. It's no the oil slick ..not sure if its a bug I'm the game or what.

I don't know why I didn't try this before, but today I plugged my PS3 USB Fight Stick into a USB/USBmini adapter and it works with the tablet. Loaded up my Tiger Arcade app and I can play Street Fighter 3 and Marvel VS Capcom on it

Looks like it isn't able to load its textures properly. Did you jury-rig it to work, or did it come that way from the Play Store?
