You are not very clear, but I think you maybe looking for Samsung-Apps-Here... just browse and take the apk from the zip files. Hope this help Cheers

If you can't search under original Android development section, then you have a problem.
You can also download "agile lock" from playstore, it can give toot the same effect without flashing.

Download agile lock. That's the only thing that can do that on Miui ROM

Sorry thats only for XWLPT samsung based rom not miui, I dont know about miui
