Hi!
Can anyone tell me if there is a place that sells replacement parts for the LIBRA?
I'm looking for replacement face and backplates for my LIBRA but I can't seem to find them anywhere...
I searched DealExtreme, ebay, [email protected] and this forum with no avail.
I would also like to know if anyone has tried to fit the digitizer and backplates from ZTE Blade on the Libra.

I tried to find one but never succeeded, Blade ones don't fit. Only LCD is compatible with both, unfortunately.
LCD are easy to find the ones that are hard AMOLED :/ will post if i have found any
In dealextreme search zte v880 or u880. Its same as blade.

Hi, Thxs for the response; just looked on EBAY & found 3 types or Screen part numbers:
LTP280QV-E01
ACX502BMV-7
TD035STED-1
How do I' know which one is the correct one for my SX66?, they all say that it's compatible; are this the same??.
Hope you can shed some light. I would like to oreder it as soon as possible.... CAn't live without my BA.....

i hv orderd for xda ii not for BA so u hv to open ur BA and check the lcd number and be sure that u hv orderd a ''new'' one.

ya, buying an old lcd on net is not good u never know about scratches and touch working so if u do so u may get robbed.

I think I've searched all sites I know of but am still unable any that offer faceplates or complete housings for our Touch HD (yes, I'm one of those who have the issue with the coating of the faceplate)
Does anyone have a good reliable source which could have them yet?

for anyone reading this.. i think he means.. replacement housing for the phone.. the actual pieces from the phone.. NOT extra phone cases or covers..

probably not what you'll want to hear, but your probably not going to find anywhere other than htc for replacement housing, they'll keep those moulds well under raps.
then your faced with the warranty validity if you manage to source some parts. who's ur service provider, and i'm sure you'll get a warranty replacement due to your devices freezing up / locking all the time. contact them and moan!
i'm sure someone, somewhere will be able to replace due to its software faults!

I got my new case from Shenzhen (free of charge, but my Chinese partners had to pay for it here: http://www.alibaba.com/product-gs/218220985/housing_for_HTC_touch_HD.html ), but I still haven't had time to visit a service center
Hi, I have just cracked the digitizer and screen on my beloved Tmobile touch pro 2, anyone know of a place that supplies HTC parts for this model phone? I've replaced my HTC Wizard's screen a few times during it's service to me for 4 years so I would be entirely comfortable with performing this job myself.
your best bet is ebay but becafeful i hear there is a difference in the digitizers for different models

Try a search. There are several threads about this subject.
As for t-mobile housing I will suggest to get upper housing from http://eyworkshops.ecrater.com/product.php?pid=6780499 (someone try it out, i haven't order from them before.)
then http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...=STRK:MEWAX:IT for the middle housing.

I don't recommend Eyworkshops, finally got a refund after a month waiting for my Tmobile Touch Pro 2 digitizer.
Still looking for a reputable dealer that has one with the top housing.
I sent mine into HTC. They replaced my digitizer for $113. I know it's a lot, but it's impossible to find them, so at least I have a working phone now!
A bit expensive but I might have to do that.
I found these but they cost $23 each with a minimum of 3. I need one if we can find 2 more people we can get em. Ship[ping will be free so if anyone is into it PM me and lets get these things.

Hi... I remember someone asking about compatibility between the A1/S100 screens and the Liquid E. Just wanted to confirm that the A1/S100 screens work just fine in the E. I replaced it about an hour ago and everything is working great. The screen and cables look identical to the one inside my E to begin with so it was a matter of a direct swap.
If interested, got the sucka from "ibestone" off the bay. Came with tools too (although I think the screws are a T5 and not the T6 given).

Just for your information,my liquid did broken the screen itself 3 days after i took it
to ACER for a sim slot repair(out of warranty at that time, so i did pay for it)..
so i did went back to acer, and kind of "make a noise" at the center...
finially Acer gives me a free new screen....
PS:there is actually a bunch of liquid users had experience screen with Liquid, and people did build a group on "facebook".
and i've heard about few causes that "Free-Screen repair" from acer HK..

I have found only one site that asks for 50 euros which is crazy and not acceptable, this model still uses separate digitizer and LCD, not like ****sung. parts4repair doesnt even have Desire X section and I was hoping they did, cause their prices for other parts are the best.
If anyone knows good site for parts, please share, there are literally no parts for Desire X!
