Hey guys, as you can probably tell this is the Honeycomb version of my Blue Tab GB theme and my first attempt at theming HC. For those of you that tested the beta version you will notice the theme is much different. I'll be including separate mods very soon for people that only want specific parts from the theme, these can be found in post #2 when available.
Flyer Users - Theme is based on LeeDroid HC Rom but should work on other HC builds as well. If you have issues on other Roms please test it on LeeDroid before posting here
View Users - BlueTab will be cooked into (or provided as a separate flashable.zip) Cypher HC Rom by Spartan.

I did notice a few buttons with unreadable text (maps and TB) and the progress bars are slightly cut off at the buttom so ill fix those and include a few more skinned apps tomorrow for release version

No fc here but a funny thing: default location has changed to a small village (that isn't even possible to find in accuweather search) and cannot be removed !
Edit: tinkered with location services and gps, solved

Shoshanat Haamaqim I think even those who live there don't know where it is (I know because it's my job)
Edit: I think I shouldn't blame this theme at all, I was at my brother's yesterday and let him play with my device, just found out this village is a km away from his house haha...

I can't download from my mytouch 4g either, but I was able to restore a couple widgets with titanium backup that I downloaded while running a Desire Rom on my Nexus One and they work fine.
Well I guess it's a good thing we're all experiencing it then hope this gets fixed soon!

Hey all. Does anybody know how long would it take??
Interesting, considering that the Desire's ROM leaked a while before the Desire was released... When it was ported to the Nexus One it immediately had the widgets available for download... Then again the Espresso UI is unique to TMobile so, hard to say.

This is not the same as it was. You were able to do a word search in a library of 10000s not 20-25 widgets. This is crap!!

It works for me, but I can't do a title search, and the list of available items is less than 1/1000000s of what it was.

Update on the Swype: I pulled apart the newest Swype Beta for the MT4G and got it working with my Blackout graphics in no time.
Only a couple issues:
- a few new graphics need to be themed
-__- easy fix
- keypress pop-up text and word choice text is black on the black background
-__- not so easy as the color is controlled (as far as I can tell) by the system framework **edit** it is framework controlled - boo
I am working out some ideas to get around having to modify the frameworks to get this to work properly. Also, for the first release I am going to keep it without key outlines but I do have an unreleased version with outlines that I can easily pull them from.
The gingerbread keyboard may take a little longer as the version I have on the Vibrant is modified (extra characters in pop-ups etc.) by xda user Camalot. I would like to keep these added features with the GB keyboard but will involve a lot of code editing. I am also unsure of what version to theme but think I will go with the one from CM7 RC1 instead of the one from the market.
I've gotten some metamorph themes to work also, but where the buttons are, and where the keypress registers, is always a little off. Gets annoying after awhile

I'm looking through all the xml code line by line to find where it is calling a framework color. My hope is if I find this I can change it to call an in-app color and fix the black text on black background problem so I don't have to change graphics.

Minimal Pandora will (should) run on nearly every android device+rom combo.
For the KBs I will start with CM7 as that is what I am currently running. Should they not work on ICED I will need a few testers.
I have been doing a lot of work on the Vibrant the last couple days and need to tighten things up on my new theme released there. I will get to these as soon as I can. They shouldn't take all that long once I do get started.

Hey guys, just wanted to share a theme I've been working on for Gingerbread Roms.
First beta is now available for LeeDroid GB Rom (Flyer only) -Please let me know if everything looks OK as there are parts I cannot test on my WiFi only Flyer. It's not a complete theme yet but I'll continue to update icons and apps as time goes on. This will be available for the View very soon.
NOTE:This will work on other GB based roms but the theme is based on LeeDroid so the device recognition script or parts of the system may have issues if flashing on Westfire, FlyHigh or i00 GB Roms.. just FYI.

Technically yes it will work but you would be overwriting system.apks, meaning you would have a mix of Leedroid and Westfire..
Sorry its taking so long guys, Ill post it soon, still have fusion.apk issues. If one of us cant get it compiled in the next day I'll just upload without it.

Sorry for the delay guys, the hollidays and me being sick got in the way. I'll release the Flyer version (for Leedroid rom) in a couple hours, and if it looks ok on the 3g flyer then I can finish porting it to the View (CleverNameHere rom) and release that version tomorrow

I really spent painful hours to get this baby here working.
As you noticed theres no APM yet on HC, the reason is, that the code changed on HC and I had to rewrite the APM completly by myself.

Hmm.. I think most view users are USA because of the fire sales.. And since it is CDMA Wimax it originated in US for Sprint. Flyer was sold worldwide.
A couple months back when the major sales for the view ($230-250 US) were happening, there were a lot of people around. Now some of the developers have moved out or pursued different projects..
Enough story telling, I'm glad you brought this much needed feature in here.

It is in English. His screen shots are not in English because his language settings are not english.

LOL. language settings are in completely different part of the OS and mods such as this are not dependent upon which language you have.

... You are wrong m8. Ressoucres from framework-res and com. Htc.Resources.apk are used by all jars files and also some a apks.
.. So its for android.policy.jar, the place of the apm mod the same.
Ressource strings are in com.htc.resources. Apk.

Can this be added to a running setup (I'm on rooted stock HC) or does this need to be put in a rom?
Should this work on any Honeycomb ROM, to include the stock one? I'm running that, with a different kernel, s off and rooted of course.

but you can add or remove language settings in the default.xml I thought? which is in the resources? I thought that from there you can add support for things such as arabic. Must be more to it that I didn't know, lol. thanks for clarifying.
I like being wrong sometimes, let's me know I need to learn more.
