[CM9A0.5][MOD] Boot animation full screen v0.1 - TouchPad Themes and Apps

Reposted in this forum as requested.
I've messed about with the bootanimation source code and it now shows full screen, however it is still stretched out, but the boot anim looks much nicer full screen.
Flash the attached in ClockworkMod if you want it. Disable check for signed zips, as it's not signed. Should work in Alpha0 and Alpha0.5
v0.2
- unsquash boot
v0.1
- Make boot animation full screen
- Hard coded values ( )

How do I remove it once I've already flashed it?

Flash the attached and it'll go back to normal.

[CheckROM V6]Boot Animation problems ??

As in the title I'm on CheckROM V6 and used the Kitchen Pro to change my boot animation to the Android zaps Apple Animation , now it worked the 1st time but now has reverted back to the SGS2 boot animation BUT with the Android zaps Apple sound ?????
Any ideas?, from an obvious noob (who has searched 1st)
Have you install new theme from kitchen? Sometime if you installa a new theme, for example ics domination, boot animation is replace with ics boot animation. Then you need to reflash your favourite boot.
however, try to reflash boot animation.
tryed that and still nothing???
Download from the Kitchen: Theme Restore Package V2. Flash it manually doing wipe cache/dalvik. Reboot. Now reflash your favourite boot animation.
in the kitchen there is "no boot sound" mod or something!
it seems Im stuck on speedmod kernal (which does'nt support boot animations iirc) I'v flashed NEAK via kitchen but nothing , infact I can flash anything via kitchen WTF???
sorted it , had to flash NEAK manualy and all is well again
carry on with your lives , igore the noob
The problem was in the boot sound. If you wasnt able to flash a kernel...ehm...

[Q] BlackBean6 - Chaning Boot Animation

I have recently switched from HellyBean 4.1 to BlackBean6 4.1. It's nice and clean and fast and has a shiny inverted theme. Very cool. But I dislike the bootanimation. I went to switch it from the CWM-based recover 6 and install from zip a new MTD-based boot animation, but it did not change. I installed the zip file, and it states that it installs correctly, but then there is no change from the default Baked boot animation. I have tried several boot animations, and they seem to install fine, but then nothing, no change. This is strange to me because this always worked with HellyBean. Any idea how to change the boot animation?

Installed bootanimation and now it's bricked?

UPDATE: OK I re-installed the Omega ROM again and the default custom animation is running, looks like it will be OK now, so I won't bother trying to change it to a custom animation. I will update post if it doesn't work. Thanks!
I thought I had to install a custom boot animation via CWM.
So I did after I installed Custom Boot Loader via CWM aswell
It said Installation Aborted in the log and when I rebooted, it has a TINY DOT on the top left of screen and rest is black.
I read on Google that to install a custom boot animation I need to rename the file .zip correctly and place it in a folder.
Obviously I did it the wrong way by using CWM!

Lens Flare Lockscreen Effect 11 installed with Aroma

I just wrote this this morning and finished testing in my phone. All is working fantastic!
This mod is to bring back the Lens Flare Effect.
Here are just a few previews and the rest are viewed from the installer in the update coming soon.
AURORA
FIRESTORM
LIGHTNING
METEOR
STARGATE
SOLAR SYSTEM
I have included 11 different choices all installed via Aroma Installer from custom recovery of your choice (I used TWRP). This mod does require that your rom has "init.d" support as this does need a script called at every boot to work. AGAIN CALLS SCRIPT UPON EVERY REBOOT. The script depending on each phone should take longer than 30-45 seconds. Basically flash the mod reboot and the next time you turn on the phone the effect will be active.
DOWNLOAD FLARE_LOCKSCREEN_v1
Instructions for installation -
*Make a NANDROID ALWAYS AND OFTEN when modding your system!
*ROM that supports init.d script
*download and check md5 is good
*reboot to recovery and flash the zip file
*pick the effect you want (sorry I don't have the previews for the installer set up yet)
*reboot and let the script work it's magic and by time you turn your phone back on a surprise will be waving at you.
*hit the thanks button
A few previews added to the OP

Are you sure it didn't work. Like mentioned in the OP it needs init.d support to call script on boot which does take about 30 seconds or basically unlock and let it finish booting by then it should be set. Turn off screen to lock and turn back on and the effect should be active. If not could you please check the system/etc/init.d folder for a script keyguardset. Let me know if it's there please. Thank you
Keyguardset is in system/etc/init.d folder

Why isn't my QMG custom boot animation working?

So, I used a flashable zip to flash a custom boot animation to my stock rom SM-T230 Samsung Galaxy Tab 4. The only things I've done are rooting, flashing Xposed and using LiveBoot to check how my boot works. The boot ani works with shutdown, but not boot up, and yes, I use LiveBoot Pro version, so I should be able to see my boot ani with LiveBoot. The last person said something about adding .bak to my stock ani, but with flashable zip, it just replaces my stock, so...
TL;DR: Whenever I boot, the ani does not show, and then proceeds with a black screen until I boot. When I shutdown, the animation works fine.
