[Q] Where to download paid apps for FREE?

like the topic...Where to download paid apps for FREE?
That's against XDA rules, and you're not going to get any help for it. You bought a $200 phone you can afford some cheap apps to support the programmers who created them.
Leave XDA dude... I will try and not flame. But you do not belong here.
Like BradBot said, that's considered warez and you wont get any help in here, you should take a look at this http://forum.xda-developers.com/announcement.php?f=712
this guy must be crazy
hell i barely get any money at all
and i have 220 dollars worth of paid apps on my phone
if i can do it than you can
And people wonder why the apps on android aren't quite as good as they ought to be.
I make themes and it amazes me just how many root users steal my themes.
FYI OP, most of the people who publish on the market are not big corporate companies, they're regular end users like myself. Everytime you support piracy, all you do is take food out of my kids mouth.
Kthanx
To the OP,
You are requesting warez which is against the rules. Please read the rules BEFORE posting in future.
Closing this thread now.

Amazon Appstore - Today's (07/29/2011) Free App of the Day: "Star Chart"

From now on, I'll be posting daily the Amazon Appstore's Free App of the Day for those who cannot access the Amazon Appstore due to the US-only restrictions.
I know some people might be looking for apps that had been offered as a Free App of the Day, but must've have missed downloading it or didn't have any access to the Amazon Appstore. In those cases, please PM me your requested app and I'll see what I can do to get them for you.
I'll be updating this thread daily (at least, that's my intention) with the hope of getting it 'stickied'. Please shower me with your support!
Don't forget to click thanks if I ever helped you out in any way.
NOTE:
IF ANYONE IS AGAINST ME POSTING APKs OF SAID FREE APPS, KINDLY PM ME. Let's not make this thread a comment box for flaming. Thanks for your understanding.
Reserved for the download link of Today's Free App of the Day.

If you're sharing the APK's with others it is considered piracy. The free app of the day is only offered free that day, and is has to be downloaded through the Amazon App Store.
I'm sure you're just trying to be helpful, but I don't think this needs to become a sticky either since anyone can see what the app of the day is by simply opening the app.
There's DRM in the Amazon apps to tie them into your account. You can post but they won't work without the Amazon Appstore + your account.
When someone else tries to install it, it will tell you that you have to install Amazon Market even if you have installed it. I tried to share an app with my friend once and it didn't work.
Are you dense? You keep bring this up and every time you get the same answer, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1177109
What you are trying to do is against XDA rules, and is piracy. I've reported this thread and will continue to do so with every thread you post on this same exact topic.
Your breaking XDA rule 6 by discussing warez.
Closing this thread. Redundant threads regarding this topic will lead to infractions.

[APP] New Black Market

No Root Needed! Works for all android phones and tablets!
>>MOD EDIT - LINK REMOVED<<
*It does cost at least up to $1
Download if you want!!
This is as warez as it gets. This type of stuff isn't allowed on xda...
Warez is NOT allowed on XDA. It is a direct violation of XDA's forum rules and will not be tolerated.
Consider this your freebie. Next time you post warez here you will receive a 3 day suspension of your account.

<mod edit: removed> For Sale

I have a <mod edit: nothing> that I would like to sell, if anyone is interested.
Thanks,
Gooser

However, you do not meet the required criteria to able to sell anything on the marketplace (50 posts + year membership)

Where's the Ultimate Accessory Thread?

I happened to like that thread. What happened to it? It was invaluable to me when I was looking for accessories.
I wondered the same thing. It was useful. Maybe too hard to keep up with it.
It was closed down.
I reported it because the OP was sneaking in his Amazon affiliate links.
Whenever someone purchases something through his links, he gets paid a commission.
This is sneaky business. He's not trying to help us, he's trying to make money. XDA is a community forum, not a means to make money.
Apparently, the OP of that thread has several similar threads all over this forum. He was monetizing XDA and we did not even know about it. Surprisingly, the mods of the forum did not notice it either. I did because I am a mod of a huge forum as well and this type of sneaky advertising is a common tactic spammers and abusive users use.
From Forum Rules:
13. Advertising and Income Generation
Commercial advertising, advertising referral links, pay per click links and other income generating methods are forbidden. Do not use xda-developers as a means to make money.
The OP of that post surely dislikes me then. I ordered several things from things he & others posted, but I would look at the item, get the model #, then search eBay and other places to see if i could find better deals, shipping, etc. He / She made no money from me, but I did appreciate the suggestion

Ah, that's too bad then. Well, hopefully we'll get another one going in time.
Posting links is fine as long as the links are "affiliate-free."
was he banned?
