You can get the file from, /system/build.prop.
Tried but file explorer doesn't allow read of that file. Maybe some user with the phone rooted could help
There once used to be this app, called ConlangRef, but I think it was removed. The only mention of it I've found had this appid: 66a4c463-6f70-4575-9c3a-d1fb0fb7c0c3 (if you want the original link, you can find it if you search "ConlangRef" in Bing)
