-= How to install Install =-
1. Copy RayOnium.v7_Final_ST18i_CyberNeo_Signed.zip and CompassFIXED.zip to your SDCard
2. Flash Kernel that you like (boot.img) with fastboot, CHOOSE ONE (Doomlord or aire), rename to boot.img
3. Get into the Recovery
4. If you want a clean install of the main ROM, do a factory reset. Otherwise, skip this step.
5. Flash zip package(s) (always flash main ROM first) after that flash the patch
6. Reboot.
7. Done

I try to install opera from market and nothing happen, works fine, what applications that make it reboot, that you had download ?
