second that. osmos is wonderful. plays very well on a tablet.
world of goo is even better now that's its on a touch device.
How does the install work? Any issues if I wipe the phone and install a new rom and then try to reinstall the bundle?

humble bundle is very cool like that.
you can download the games as often as you want with no DRM whatsoever. (also on windows/mac/linux)
i read somewhere that they were making a humble bundle app for android to automatically update the games when updates are released.
but yeah as i said you can just redownload the games. i bought the first humble bundle ever and can still download the games it contained
yea I just bought it. you can directly download the .apks. And also get the windows games with steam keys.
I highly recommend this. The game are top notch, and the money goes towards charity as well as the developers.

Try Sword Requiem, Spectral Souls, Age of Conquer.
If anyone has had any luck installing spectral souls, PLEASE let me know how you did it. I have sat through a 30 minute game of pong 7 times and it always brings up a blank screen then closes to the launcher, no error, no force close...nothing

Just played Galaxy on Fire 2 on my Galaxy Tab which as no Tegra2. The lack of a Tegra2 chip was putting me off getting an Xperia Play, but may get one now.
People have been using chainfire for some time, to.play tegra and powervr based games

i can confirm a handfull of THD games work on the play using chainfire, alot still dont work though or crash on loading, most powervr games work well aswell
I played samarua vengeance 2 with chainfire when it was tegra 2 exclusive. I hate this competition between these companies... Why make anything exclusive

I agree. Although if we wait long enough some of the Tegra exclusive games get ported over like Samurai II was.

That being said I couldn't run riptide properly. But there are reports of the galaxy on fire game working properly. There's enough games to keep you busy without playing tegra games though.

I have tried puffin browser which seems to be the best for being compatible with flash sites but ots very laggy and chessboarding happens a lot so i would like a working flash player for htc wildfire please as all the time before I was on android I was dreaming off all the great things on android such as flash player but now I have found my phone is not good enough for it. Flash runs on my phone when I have installed it but im 95% sure its just the flash lite. I wanna be able to play farmville, ea superstars, bbc iplayer and more games and vid sites

Good luck mate, we all share the same dream but everyday our phones get older and are less likely to ever have full flash, there Is no fully working flash for wildfire and trust me I have looked!!

Wake up and smell the coffee mate. You get what you pay for.
2 options for Flash:
1) Puffin - As you already have attempted
2) Flash Player for ARMv6 - Works very patchily. But still, since it is so vital for you, you might as well give it a go. Don't expect all your dreams to be fulfilled though.

I havnt got custom rom so i cant run the armv6 flash. I have tried so many versions but none work and the flash which does seem to be working is using flash lite. I hope paul can get it working as long as it works im not too bothered about lag as i wont use it for flash video if its so laggy, i will just use it for games. Puffin plays ea superstars facebook game ok, only prob is the page zooming abd scrolling lags and it has chessboard so makes it harder to play the game becasue of tgese anoying things. Paul, you are the best developer ive ever seen your trying to make the almost impossible on wildfire possible thanks, i hope for it to be released before the end of 2011. Cloud browse iphone briwser is coming to android and should be relased before end of 2011 only prob with cloud browse is u have 2 pay for unlimited usage but from youtube vids I have seen of it on iphone, the flash runs better than puffin not much better but its still better and looks less laggy for page scrolling and zooming. So if u release it at the around the same time then i could test both and see which 1 runs best, there is no dought that cloud btowse will load up the games/videos faster as cloud browsrs are way faster and its not running the flash on the phone, its running it in the cloud but i will expect the lag to be the same. We will have to wait and see.

I have installed lots of armv6 flash but none of them actually work as it just uses the flash lite. I can get farmville to load 100% although it takes a while but an error occurs so i cant play it on built in browser. On browsers like dolphin, farmville loading freezes at around 75%. I hope paul1989 can make flash work. I can installed flash but thats it nothing else uts just wasting space on my phone as ot doesnt work. If there was a way to delete flash lite then it may be easier to see if the flash works or not but for me none released so far work so i hope paul can get it running on all the websites it should do i wont be too bothered about lag as long as its not as laggy as puffin browser is with flash it makes youtube etc extremely laggy. The only game i consider playable on puffin is fifa superstars facebook game although it requires lots of zooming in and out to get the buttons of the game pressed but with native flash, there is fullscreen mode so i could use the fullscreen by double tapping/holding down to make fifa superstars more playable. Farmville on puffin browser is kind of playable but it gets annoying when it thinks i have pressed a different button and it only seems to load up the game early in the morning/ late at night. You are one of the best developers at xda paul and if you get flash working i will not be able to thank you enough. If you got it working with 100% no lag, i would pay for it but i dont think that would be possible.

If our phones are So damn powerful, why is every freakin RPG I play are 8 bit graphics? I'm starting to get fed up because everyone is using the exact same sprite designs. >_<
Dungeon Hunter 2 is pretty good, also. It's basically an old school Dungeon Crawler RPG.
Try FPSE and play some PS1 RPGs. Also, Hyberdevbox has a really good strategy RPG called Spectral Souls which has nice graphics. It's pricey but a massive game.

Hahaha. You're welcome. Also, not sure if you tried them or not, I know they aren't big fancy graphics. But the RPGs by Kemco are usually pretty well done. I've played through a couple of them.
Yeah, ran through all of them. That's what was upsetting me. They've been evolving with each release, to me, it started to feel like the same crap over and over. Then I find another game from a different company, and instead of seeing what they had different, I kept finding myself acknowledging the same concepts and designs as all the other ones.
No breath of fresh air yet. That's why I'm all over everyone's suggestions here.
It's funny though. I find myself on my phone playing games more then I do with my Xbox and PS3. But my wife doesn't mind, since she's basically took them over.

Try Eternal Legacy from gameloft. That's a great 1. 3D graphics and they have a version for the E3D for stereoscopic 3D game play.

Great thread! I've tried to get into android RPG's but...I need some suggestions.
I played and beat Gurk, which I really liked. I prefer turn based like games like the OG final fantasy and Dragon Warrior for the NES. I played Battleheart which has great graphics but I didn't like the play style.
Is Gurk II worth the buck?

Anyone playing this on a 10.1 2014? Reviews at various sites make it look good. User reviews leave a bit to be desired. That often means those that try to run fast action games on an inferior or older machine and just give it a bad review. Just trying to figure out if I want to give it a try. It has been many years since I had it on a PC. Loved GTA 4.

It works fine and runs great but there is a trick you have to do to get it to play on some of the p600 galaxys.
Look here for how to get it to work just in case it crashes when loading.I have to do it to play on my p600
