i just got a brand new x10 and it says that i have the newest firmware, 2.6.29-rel R1FB001. How can i debrand and get the lastest firmware? SE updater says that i have the lastest but since telcel sux i dun believe it.

no tienes que hacer nada de eso deja el logo de telcel donde esta,, hoy hice la actualizacion y obtuve el firmware mas actual checa los datos que te dejo y los links

hice el rooting con el link de abajo en ambos casos funciono a la perfeaccion, usa SEUS para actualizar el telefono,, no uses el PC COMPANION no detecta la actualizacion,,, si no sabes donde bajar SEUS checa este otro link

No bro, if you want your x10 debranded without all the telcel carrier crap include, just find the guide for debranding. Search at google X10 xperia debranding tutorial, Its easy!!! Or root your x10 using the rooting method post in this forum. Any doubts? dont hesitate and send me a PM

No mijo, si tu quieres tu x10 sin las mamadas de telcel, dame un minuto y pon atencion (ja!) usa la guia de debranding. Busca en google xperia x10 debranding tutorial. O usa el tutorial de rooting que esta posteado en este foro. Es muy facil!

Edit: Ya revisé un post en el que dicen cómo rootear en un par de clicks directo desde el cel. El post se llama <CALL FOR STICKY>painless root for x10 in 5 seconds (TESTED ON MY X10i).

I also have a X10 with Telcel, and also want to remove all the Telcel crap. I updeted the X10 to the new firmware but still don`t have the "automatic configuration" for using with Movistar Mexico. I
My only question is how to rooting it and still keep the original telcel rom in case of warranty.
Any help will be apreciated.

I've seen that I don't have the gtalk application. But the service is there and it's running!
Also, when I use the quick search option, which should show me google results when I select to search on the web, it shows me telcel results.
I assume it's a telcel thing, maybe they did some changes to exclude some services.
How can I re-activate those services?
Do I need to install the respective ".apk"? If so, which .apk should I install? Because the services are there and running.

Tengo un xperia mini pro, que no enciende ni nada, y nada es nada: cuando trato de encenderlo ni siquiera enciende la luz, cuando lo conecto a la corriente electrica no carga, cuando lo conecto a la compu no lo reconoce. Ya intente repararlo con wotan con flastool y con seus pero la neta es que nisiquiera entra en modo bootloader.
Este problema empezo cuando estaba desbloqueando el bootloader, en el punto de ejecutar "msm7227_semc.cmd" Despues de este proceso no respondio y se quedo muerto
Intente encenderlo sin chip, sin tarjeta de memoria, sin bateria solo conectado a la corriente y nada.
Espero alguien pueda ayudarme

intenta realizar bien o de nuevo el proceso, de nuevo desbloquear el bootloader, o con SEUS asegurandote de presionar el boton al conectarlo, o busca aqui, hay varios threads sobre como revivir nuestros celulares, checalos, buena suerte.

Despues de intentar, intentar hacer root a mi cel por fin pude con esta tecnica http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=41305116&postcount=1.
Tenia el problema que el pc no me reconocía el celular a pagado cuando lo conectaba al pc, entonces esta es la solucion, deshabilite el antivirus del celular y del computador, y el inicio rápido del celular, y después como por arte de magia, y ahora soy root.
el nombre de la foto dice 2011-12-31-19-02 por que en el proceso se me des configuro la fecha del celular y no se por que, si alguien me puede ayudar con eso para salir de esa duda lo agradecería.

Para que puedas descargarte en kdz original del lg g2 D610ar mediante numero de IMEI primero Lg tiene que tener registrado tu IMEI , yo tambien tenia ese problema, no me detectaba la pagina mi telefono y mi Imei, pero lo pude resolver, luego de un mes y dos semanas de haberlo comprado y tenido ese problema, te comento como. En la página de lg (argentina en mi caso) me creé mi cuenta aquí https://www.lg.com/ar/soporte/registro-cuenta y luego envié un reclamo escrito en esta pagina https://www.lg.com/ar/soporte/mensaje-atencion-al-cliente , eso es en argentina cualquiera puede hacerlo desde su pais en la pagina de Lg seleccionando su pais , registrandose primero y luego y yendo a la parte de contacto donde dice E-mail y poniendo los datos de contacto, modelo de equipo y reclamo , mi reclamo fue algo asi::
"Tengo el LG G2 D610 AR (vos coloca el tuyo) y cuando chequeo por software en el menu de ajustes , actualización de software me dice que no esta registrado mi dispositivo. No entiendo porque ya lo registré . Podrían USTEDES registrarlo correctamente y avisarme cuando este hecho ? Solo un imei.
El problema es que Claro bloquea desde el sistema el segundo IMEI, así que la única solución que tienes es abrir bootloader y cambiar la rom (y de paso te deshaces de la basura que instala Claro en los teléfonos que venden). Probablemente se pueda hacer con acceso root, pero pues si puedes cambiar la rom a una "limpia" mucho mejor. Se que te pregunta es de febrero pero espero aún te sirva de algo.
