This is a continued rom. The Rom is from this thread. Fde Rom Thread
Sorry to my rudeness, but the developer has gone and it's been very long (more than one week) that i pm-ed him and his thread also inactive. So, i decided to continue his job.
Thanks and Credit to firdausmbois for making such as amazing rom.
Note for all:
I'm not taking or develop his rom, i'm just help him to improve/continue it.
So, when firdausmbois come back, he can take back his belongings back.

I'm finding a tester, it's hard to make a backup, flash and test the rom with one phone alone

-"N" Wifi (N Wifi is somehow buggy, retry many times to connect.)
Known bug:
-Phone reboot. When wifi on and you leave the phone inactive for a long period...(Just charge the phone while downloading big file.... that will prevent phone from rebooting)
-Screencut if you are on governor other than smartass(Rarely happen, you can always ondemand), set the governor to smartass and you'll never see screencut again

I don't know how to develop a rom, i just wanna some help, that's it.
Maybe if got free time, i will develop (mod this rom) lol.
Installed andriod sdk + eclipse, put it there do nothing.

You should do this
1. on alfs kernel : reboot recovery>full wipe>install Rom>Don't wipe again>reboot.
If not working then
2. Flash Stock kernel, Recovery>full wipe>install Rom>don't wipe again> power off
then flash Alfs kernel>reboot
that's it.
Last time I flashed this Rom with 2nd method.

Are you really sure about this? maybe perhaps you forgot to turn JIT on....
Recheck.... & if vm heap is low, it will cause problem to all rom....
If it is really problematic, please reconsider full-wipe. Or if you DID full-wipe & have this problem, Mind if send me logcat?

Sorry to say it's not working due to SRS Trumedia sound mod...(DSPManager will "Overwrite" it's effect)
DSPManager Eat's away ram & battery while it is active....
& You can use equalizer app to mimic DSPManager functionality But Without annoying persistent service like DSPManager itself.
There are not too many ROMs for stock, so I don't want to start the witch hunt.
I also don't have a PC to check the content of this package.
If djnilse or doixanh would feel that this ROM is suspicious I can change my mind.

This rom would based below V22 of original GDX, I really don't know the story between the original dev & Dx since the rom dev really doesn't reply from the beginning.
If it then what should i do? This rom was totally brought up from where dev left it off.

**Should work with any ICS kernel. Tested with stock,rage,panic,lupus,radeon kernel. I personally recommend Lupus, Radeon & Kernel Panic (flash it after rom because of Aroma bug). Currently I had a problem with Mesa after deleting wlanfixed for wifi. So, DON'T USE MESA for now. If it works with MESA later I will let you know. Most importantly, always learn to make a backup**
A small bug with quick toggle reboot button. Just untick it from quick panel settings
~Important Instruction: In first boot you will find out "Unfortunately systemUI has stopped", don't panic,just finish the setup wizard then go to settings>Date & Time & use 24hr format. After couple of seconds all will be fine. Also, 2G & torch toggle doesn't work. It has a modded framework thus made the V2 beautiful.Thanks to jobayer for his help.

yeah I have mentioned mesa problem in first post.seems to be mesa bug with this rom.but with other kernel its working.so i should ask help to an0nym0us_

Believe me uploading to media fire will make your rom get established like those whose ate already have.

rom is fast and stable and good battery life after several hours of heavy use.
the only problem I have is the auto rotate is inverse in xperia neo. I changed kernel but it's still a problem. I've turned it off for now and it's not a problem but I believe it needs to be fixed.

the first time i flashed it on my NeoV , i had the problem too. Although i forgot to flash neo v's patch, after i flashed it, the problem was fixed. Until the dev provides a fix, If autorotation is a hastle for you, id suggest you to flash the fix, but you WILL lose your camera.

Will be fixed for next release.
Btw guys, I recommend replacing Apex launcher with ADW which is a lot smoother and less choppy. If you do that you can really feel the project butter In launcher + general UI and multitasking
So what are the differences between this and jj's hybrid? I'm on it now and would like to switch to something more stable but don't know if this would be it

I think you should read through my Xperia Arc thread, that has been running since v1 and everyone there loves it. Just use the search button on the thread and you will find awnser to your questions. Look through changelog also

Lockscreen problem?
FINALLY got it downloaded i guess somethings wrong with the internet at home =D. At any rate, nice rom thus far i too experienced the orientation problem, but also any changes made in the Rom Control/Lockscreen do not reflect? Anyone else having this problem?

Guys...I have found the solution for play store server error.
The problem is in the patch...get neo v/neo patch from pureness thread and replace build.prop of pureness with beautiful ICS.
Done...wait for sometime and you will get updates available notification.

OK..now these are the steps to get playstore working.
1.remove vending.apk from ROM zip in winrar.
2.get the neo/V patch from ThilinaC's pureness thread and replace the build.prop in it with beautiful ICS build.prop...also in winrar.
3.Flash as usual...create account and then run playstore.
4.If showing server error then clear data and force stop playstore.
This will solve the error.

One issue though. It would not flash in twrp. According to CosmicDan it has something to do with the uupdater script not not being compatible. In future versions can you please ensure twrp compatibility?

I think that has something to do with the updater-binary actually, I'll ask Dan, I made the updater-script multiboot aware, so it should work, I'll look into it now, I don't use Turbo Kernel with this ROM, simply because I use my phone's camera quite a lot

I know it doesn't work on R800x since it requires a certain app. But, xDarkMario made a patch so GSM roms work on R800x. Apparently we gotta swap update-binary in the that rom too. I'll post back with results.
It works fine on a R800x. I haven't tried v1.1 in twrp, but 1.0 installed just fine with cwm. I did NOT flash darkmarios patch. This runs in my second slot.
Edit: That is, it works fine as a wifi only, no CDMA data rom. But phone functionality is not the point of this rom.
Edit2: Version 1.2 gives status 7 also.

OMG this rom looks tooo sick
Wow I like. Might try this on my xplay. I've been more interested in my iPhone here lately and news on iOS 7. But this rom seems pretty awesome.

PS whats the best kernel for this? and does the addon zips form the original posts works with this rom as well?

Edit: was able to get rid of the gb by formating and wipping system.
i used this rom before. it was taken from xperia arc.

Great rom, Stylish and Fast,C:
Now my Daily Driver for at least a week or so and if its Awesome to my Standards then its my daily driver forever until something better comes out,
Tried it for a day, nice ROM, very fast in games that i have, menus are eyecandy...
Since i use lupus ics/gb v5 480p, video in low qualitty are terrible, but i think it's like that in al GB ROMs.
I like the idea of having odex script as addon.
Again nice work from Johnnzy, keep it up!

Good dev, awesome works, but... THAT statement? Kinda beats the purpose of developing a ROM for this specific phone.

most of all GB roms are the same, you can take all the roms here and bottom line they all based on stock GB, there are few cosmatics changes, few addon here and there but thats it, the baseline is the same.
my rom built from a collection of app and addons that im taking from different roms making the changes
i need by my self.
well..i liked a lot..great rom.
