I'm not sure if it works, being a somewhat techno blur, but it reminds me of this video:
I got an OTG cable recently and had great fun with it.

it will work
it will work on devices having USB OTG(on the go) support.
I used this on samsung galaxy s2. i connected flash drive, keyboard, mouse. all working.
(i think only android device having this feature is galaxy s2)

There's an app called USB host controller, I haven't had time to really read what it's supposed to do but I do recall reading something about being able to mount a flash drive with it. I don't have the thread bookmarked but I found it here.

[Q] Is there a USB Host + HDMI Out Adapter for SGS 2 (GT-I9100)

but, since the screen is too small, I would like to know if I can use the MHL HDMI Adapter and the USB adapter to connect to the HDMI enabled tv in the car and the joystick to play while in long trips, or is there any Bluetooth or WiFi to USB Adapter, since I'm in a car, power isn't a problem, But I can't figure out how to get a kind of OTG Hub, even if it's externally powered
Best Regards!
Hdmi out put needs ext power supply of 240v. There about £40 uk pound new. Also ps3 controlers are done by blue tooth. Use one of them and try.

[Q][LIFETAB E10316] OTG Stopped working

My problem is that otg doesn't work anymore.
Just a few days before all worked fine.
I was able to connect flash drives keybords and so on.
I haven't changed or updated anything, maybe there was an atomatic update of something.
I used several diagnostic apps to find the problem, but I still don't get whats wrong.
On my phone (SGS3) it works still fine with same devices and same otg cabel.
I tried two other OTG Cabels but with no sucess on the tablet (working both fine on phone).
The oter solutions posted here in forum didn't worked for me.
Here some screens:

[Question] App for Keyboard/Mouse control for docked Android?

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 3, Verizon, rooted, running HyperROM8.
I also have a docking station with HDMI & 2 USB connections.

As it stands, I have a seperate monitor dedicated to the phone and dock. Right now, I must connect a seperate mouse and keyboard to the dock in order to use my docked phone, but I would like to use one mouse & one keyboard to control BOTH my computer, and my docked phone.
I have used Synergy and ShareKM. But both have totally dropped Android and IOS and there doesn't appear to be an alternative that Ican find.
Anyone know of an app to do this? Anyone interested in the idea?
...and, is this the correct sub-forum to ask in?
