I wanted to ask someone to help me to Root the Huawei Honor with the DEMO ICS.
I couldn't find specific guide for Root this phone.
Can someone help me with the exactly steps for me (I'm a new Android user)?

Hi all,
From my last posting's responses, it sound like all I need to do is flash a new baseband using RSD lite. However, I have absolutely no idea how to do this. Can someone please help walk me through this? I also don't know what files I need, so if you can post a link, you would be my hero!
And before I get flamed, I have googled and searched the forums and what I did find either didn't apply, didn't help, or didn't work for me.
I'm hurting without 4g, so please help!

I'm new to the whole Android OS, and I recently bought an Xperia X10 Mini, but unfortunately it runs only Eclair 2.1 which doesn't support some apps I'd like to have, so I want to upgrade it to 4.1.2 but I have no idea how to do it. I can't find a proper tutorial anywhere, and I really don't want to brick my phone, so if please someone can post a nice tutorial it would be really appreciated, thanks in advance.
P.S. I'm sorry if there's another thread about this, I couldn't find it and I can't post in a dev thread because I'm a new member.

Most TUTs are the same for all ROMs.
Here i made one for SEMC Debrand, but you can follow same steps for any JB-ROM.

Instead of GB-kernel, use JB-kernel as described for specific JB-ROM.
You can disregard the part of backup old data in phone if it's synced to a Google Account.

Guys I have the application already but I just need it modified so I have some questions to ask. Please, I have a Samsung "J1" SM-J100M (j1ltevj) device that I really would like to root, I looked many places and several methods to root, although I followed the instructions I had no success in rooting it.
I have already had some help from R_a_z_v_a_nin another topic I made in the wrong place, and he advised me to post here.
I have also tried the methods in the XDA Root Directory section and no success either.

Hello, as the title says i'm a total newbie and need help.
I have a Huawei G750-T20 , running Android 4.2.2 with EmotionUI2.0.
Basically i want to get rid of the Emui and i need an idiot proof guide on the simplest way to do it.
From what i understood i need to root and then flash a different rom, but how exactly do i do that?
If such a noob friendly guide already exists, please point me in the right direction, if not then someone please help me out.

I found an external post with instructions on rooting it with Root Genius.
Assuming it will work and it won't brick my phone, what would be the following steps?
