this is mainly causes by the developer of that app itself, sometimes they forgot to fix the bug, etc...
mostly if you report it, it will be fixed soon

thats bad to hear. i was hoping that we would be able to use the skype app, since they decided to be cretins and required nimbuzz to remove their skype support =(
Same prob here, force closes almost everywhere.
Obviously this is not ready for X10, hence it won't show at the market.

I try to install it, but it keep saying that "Parse Error: There is a problem parsing the package" please advise. My device came without android market,as they said that the market is not available in my region. Is there is any other way to use the market.

Working version attached. testet on 2.1 AOSP b0006, but should also work with original SE firmware. have to say i don't like it that much. Design is really nice, but the old one was more intuitive to use.
I had it come through yesterday afternoon on my x10 just opened the market and there it was but I also own the htc desire which is 2.2 generic but that's still got the old market. So it nice to no the x 10 got somethin first for a change lol so sk_700 your theory is shot to ****

Guyz, can any one help me for Text To Speech "TTS" Services on Sony Ericsson.Seems like it doesn't install on my device & when ever i install any application, like Saying the name or number of incoming call or Wake Voice App, it give error message that: Text To Speech Default Language is Unreachable; & on testing the app it say's: Text To Speech Hasn't Initialized. go to settings > applications > manage applications
go into market
clear cache, uninstall update

Hi guys my x10 market was automatically updated by google yesterday.
Everything if fine except the fact that the "Apps", "Games" and "My Apps" menu captions wasnt appearing properlly (its showing only half of the letters)...i think its a resizing problem...but i dont know how to fix that...
Ive unistall and reinstall a lot of times...but with no success...I also tried to install the apk from our friend, but i have the same problem

Yes same here. Very annoying. I had some apps that needed updating and when viewing that particular app, the 'update' button text is partially cut off at the top too!
I hope they fix it soon.

Found this bug not only in one rom so didn't want to pick and ask one developer to solve it, this is for anyone interested to find and do bug squashing.
Is it just me who gets force closes for apps requiring an input method to be used? I've used dolphin browser mini, forces close when I use the bar to edit input. Whatsapp forced close on me several times when I was doing that too.
This happened in KPN fla.shX2 and GingerReal, anyone can confirm?

I have identified the occurrence, it is only if you tap the blue tool that allows you to copy/paste and move the cursor. Probably something to do with that function of the popup of copy/paste/select all.
Does not matter the input. Can you test?

It only happened to me using Fla.sh X1 and I was using the older beta version of Swype . The new beta fixes it (I think)

Hmm weird. Maybe it's the cwm packages not entirely removing some data and the bug lives on. I'll reflash from stock soon!

since i updated my Prime with JB my YouTube App crashes with the newest version from Play-Store.
When i remove all updates for the App it works as usual.
I already tried a Hard-Reset and everything.
Anyone here with the same problem ? Maybe someone can help me with that, cause i use the app really often on my TV.
And i don't want an older Version of it ...
Try changing the system language to english
I have the same problem, but I did find a work-around:
For me the youtube app crashes if the system language is set to danish. If I change it to english the apps works fine.

I already wrote to the support of ASUS. They never heard about that problem.
I will try to set the language to english cause usually i use german settings.
Maybe this help until the next youtube update.
If it work, i will write that solution to the ASUS Developerts, maybe we get something new then ...

Never had problems with the YouTube app! Tested on Stockrom, Androwook Hairybean 1.3 and AOSP Jelly Bean! Did you tried to delete data and start the app again?

Same problem here. My system language is set to finnish. When I set it to english it worked fine but when I changed it back to finnish it crashed when I clicked
the YouTube app.
But when I click a link to Youtube video from a website and choose to open it in Youtube app it is working!

hello, guys as the title suggests i have a problem regarding the playstore actually a huge problem, whenever i open playstore.apk, it force closes, so i thought to use playstore from my browser, but in vain, whenever i type any apps name, it shows me this
"We couldn't find anything for your search - astro.
Suggestions:
Make sure all words are spelled correctly.
Try different keywords.
Try more general keywords." (in this case i tried to search for astro)
and when i directly go to the apps playstore link , it tells me that the app is incompatible with my phone, even though it is compatible (happens with almost every app, i.e almost every app is incompatible with my device)
also when i click on play on google.co.in, i get a grey screen, i've attached a screenshot
sorry for bad english, m not getting the correct words to express the problem, hope u all cooperate
do, you guys have any solution, i've formatted my whole phone with sd-card, tried flashing other rom, now m on JB moonbreaker but nothing works

Seems to me like there is a problem with you google account and this phone. try to remove it from the list and add it again.
I had same problem and only way is full wipe.

nope, bro i already wiped out my whole phone even the memory card, but in vain
this tutorial helped me out this playstore is working now, but my playstore download speed is as slow as hell, just can't find a proper solution

Well yeah do full wipes until it fixes by itself,for me it took almost a day to fix this thing.
