I've just made this minimal animation to fit the ics theme (I don't really like the default one.)
This is the first time I try to do something like this, I hope you like it.

Note that this isn't the animation which will appear on your phone.I made it to simply give you a clue of what it looks like.On the phone it will look much better.

I made this a while back, and tried a few different backgrounds but they didn't seem to go with it, so I tried removing it all together and think it looks quite nice

Here is the new Cyanogen mod 10's Boot animation for xperia ray. It works on both Stock & custom ROM. use root explorer or any other root browser & replace the file form /system/media. Don't ask about permission or don't mess with these. it works well as it is.
