$250 or $300 is still a rip off weather it has ICS or not! Beside the way ics has been on other devices and from some reviews I don't really think its gonna be anything spectacular. Gonna be another "I waited this long for this?!" Type of deal. I really don't think its gonna be much of a game changer

On a best buy pre order flub I got mine for 149.99. And still have unlimited data. Going to att doesnt keep Unlimited data. Telling ur salesperson u want to keep it is how u keep it. If u don't say anything they might put u on another data plan which would be kinda funny.

Yea I made sure they did not change it
I got mine for 49.99 + tax after calling at&t and asking them to match Amazons price. They just said how about we give you a bill credit of 150 which covered my cell bill for the month. I still put out the 199 but to me the 150 in credit was the same as 50 for the phone...

....I'm still waiting also. Talked with AT&T and they said they were swamped with orders and quickly ran out of stock from the weekend order. They don't know when they are getting there next shipments in....Nice!
What also sucks is AT&T gave their own customers preference over non-AT&T customers when filling the orders with the stock they had. Nice! I say that because there are members on here who ordered after I did and got their lapdock already. I ordered with my debit card so their should have been no hold up except I'm not an AT&T subscriber. It would be nice if they would post that info on their site so consumers can make an informed purchase!

So, after talking with a rep on the phone, I then requested to talk with a Supervisor. I told the Supervisor that it's ridiculous that they can't tell me when they will be getting the Lapdocks in stock again. I then asked if they would give me a refurb model since they have those in stock and they told me they would have to charge me $25 dollars more for the refurb. I said are you kidding me! No wonder you are losing to your competition! I didn't take them up on their offer and will wait for my $50 NEW Lapdock. AT&T SUCKS!

For some odd reason this is a company wide issue home dept, mobility, techs in the field are backordered. I got my Rezound 10 days ago at best buy for $299. I saw Amazon had it for $149 so I went to best buy and asked them to price match the Amazon price and they did!!! Credited back my card a $159 . good luck with that. Bestbuy just told me on thursday that they are no longer price matching phones. Wouldn't price match for amazon wireless price. Said it came from corporate office.

From what I read online, they will only pricematch online-only pricing if you buy from their online front. But when I was in store just this evening, they told me they dont really care and pricematch everyone.I got them to pricematch Dell.com and then at the register the guy hooked me up (probably since we talked about rooting for ages) and punched 99.99 in. The manager came over, didnt question a thing, and I got my Verizon Note 2 for $108 lol. Time to load up on accessories!

I went today and they price matched it for me. I downloaded the picture to my phone, and acted as if I had just come from Sams and had taken the picture myself. They did it no problem at all.

Good catch. I admit, I just glanced over it.
I go to Best Buy a few times a week. And they always do a great job of price matching. I havent gotten push back on it in a long time. I actually prefer shopping there because of their price matching, especially up to 60 days after purchase!

No indication on how long the price will remain, but Samsung phones have been all weird lately at Sam's Club. I've been watching the GS3 fluctuate from $200 down to 96 cents (Black Friday), up to $150 and now at $99 all within 2 months.
Debating myself to get another one of these and selling it, but not sure if that's a crazy thought.
If you have guys have any questions on Sam's Club lemme know, I've been working at a club's kiosk for 7 months now.

If anything the sale will last for another week unless it changes today. Most stores received over 20 notes. There was no advertising.

The only thing that would drive me away is I don't like reserve auctions. Instead of playing the hidden reserve game with your potential buyers, just be up front with them and set your starting bid at the very least amount you would accept (around $600-$625 I would imagine?), and set the Buy It Now price at the high end of what other eBay sellers are actually selling their phones for. Just my opinion of course. This will also weed out the less serious bidders who will try to low-ball you. If you're worried about missing out on bids, do you really want people who won't pay $600+ bidding on your phone, when you know damn well it will sell for at least that amount?
One more thing - be prepared to give a prospective buyer the IMEI number off your phone (if they ask for it) so they can check to see if it's on the AT&T black list. Of course, I'm not implying you're a thief or anything. I just had a friend that bought a used AT&T iPhone off of Craigslist. When he went to activate it, AT&T wouldn't do it because it had been reported as stolen, and I think the carriers share this list nowadays. So he now basically has a wifi-only iPod touch that no carrier will touch.

I have done well selling my phone's using buy it now or best offer. I usually list it for $50 over what I actually want. At $725 I imagine you would get offers for st least 650 if not more. If you can throw in a case along with those head phones you will get some pretty good offers. I had a job selling stuff on EBay for 3 years and rarely ever did an auction. If you really want to do a timed auction make it end on a Sunday night at around 9pm eastern time.

And if you use paypal they will take a percentage as well. I sold my old HTC one x+ on ebay after not using them for years and was shocked at how much they took from me on the purchase.
