what application can i use so that my phone will never vibrate?

You can just set it in the settings for it not to vibrate. And turn haptic feedback off, if you want that gone too.

I am using Ace of a year now. And I still cant understand that Samsung guys gave proximity sensor just to make screen go off when you are in a call. As proximity Sensor wont work for other uses (like snoozing alarm or silent an incoming call etc.)
Can those things work for my ace? is there any tweak or something that will make it work?

IF->ACTION
FOR EXAMPLE you can use the sensor for silent a call when you face down the phone (yes, like sense )

Yes you can.
Settings > Back up and reset > Collect diagnostics > Uncheck
First thing I did, haha.
Ran supercurio's carrier IQ detector. It says the software is there but it seems to be inactive.
Edit: Thanks CitrixLemon. Didn't know it could be disabled.

Taking headphones out makes phone change sound?

I'm running CM10, but this also happened in CM9 and a few other ROMS. If my phone is on silent and I plug my headphones in, my phone will go into vibrate. If my phone isn't on silent and I plug/unplug my headphones it'll go into vibrate or silent mode. It's really annoying. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks!

There is an option to "link" both settings. IIRC, they are seperate by default.

I think beyond a vibrator (giggle) failure these are the two most logical options.
I have the opposite problem. My back, home and menu buttons vibrate when I touch them. How can I disable the vibration? I'm using android 4.2.1
This are my current settings.
