You can try Perfect Keyboard Pro, which is my favourite, I don't think it has the swiping function, but I type faster without it.
Swiping is actually easier on Swype than Sony keyboard in my opinion.
Even ive installed cm 7.2 and im used to chinese keyboard of xperia
Can ny1 share d apk

It's not only about Swype feature, but I like to use Sony keyboard because it's easier to switch between my language and English. Other keyboard do not have plug in for my language yet :-(

[DEV][PORT] ZL's white balance app porting

This is a developer topic, reply if you're developer.
I opened this topic to here because it's most popular development section of xperia's.
If you edit Settings.apk and move all needed files to right place it will give FC when clicked to "white balance" on settings. I checked logcat, all libs from ZL is working, and white balance apk's target sdk isn't 16, so there is no problem at there. But I saw 2 lines, data/cc_calib was missing and libs wasn't able to access dev/graphics/fb0 (error id was 13 - permission denied).
I tried changing libs' ownership to root-graphics and root-root but didn't work, errors were still there.
I put ZL's cc_calib to data folder and "cc_calib not found" error disappeared but apk was still giving FC and fb0 error was still on logcat.
What can we do?
Odp: [DEV][PORT] ZL's white balance app porting
You should ask guys which port it to Xperia V. It works on this phone but it gives also FC sometimes.
Sent from my LT26i using xda app-developers app
V naturally supports it. They just put files from ZL and modded settings.apk.
It works on S? I wasn't expecting this. I must close this topic, I will open to P/U section. Thanks.
What's the point of having this app? Does it control contrast ratio or something...??
Sent from my LT22i using xda premium
Research little. Controls hue/saturation.
Tried the default one from Xperia ZL no luck. Seems like we need JB
Sent from my LT22i using Tapatalk 2
We just need to give permission for accesing framebuffer, libdisplay isn't able to access framebuffer.
Even if I make framebuffer 777, other permission problems will appear.
So, real problem is libs can't gain access to system files.

No, I dont think so yet, atleast what I know they dont exist for theese devices yet. I guess you will have to wait and keep a eye out in the Themes and Apps section.
Yeah.. I've seen other devices like the xperia Sola, U already running xperia ZU's theme. It's pretty neat to look at. Anyway thanks for the response.

I guess it's very easy to port, I think you only need to decompile the apks and then resize the images to make them optimal on your device.
