32GB Lexar Class 10 MicroSD Memory Card + Reader for $39.99 (dead)

Hey guys, I searched but didn't see this in our EVO 3D forums. Wanted to get it posted asap because it made the front page of slickdeals not too long ago so it could sell out before long.
Amazon has a 32gb Lexar Class 10 microSD with a card reader for $47 and free shipping. It is sold by Tiger Direct through Amazon. Alternatively, you can go straight to Tiger Direct's website to purchase it for the same price.
*** 11/11/2011 Update - Deal is dead through Amazon currently but I checked the Tiger Direct link and it still has the $47.99 price.
*** 12/16/2011 Update - Amazon currently has this for $40.77 with Prime Eligibility and Tiger Direct has it for $69.99 - $30.00 Instant Savings = $39.99. Shipping shows up at $2.70 for me bringing the total to $42.69 through TD (YMMV).
*** 1/19/2012 Update - I didn't expect to update this thread again but this deal is back (on Amazon, not Tiger Direct) and listed as the Amazon Gold Box Deal of the Day. Price is $39.99 and will likely jump back up tomorrow. I've been using it with great results since I ordered on November 4th last year. At this price I am thinking about getting a second one for when I get a new tablet in the future.

That's a great deal. Count me in for 1...maybe 2.
Thanks OP.

Thanks for the info! Can never have too many SD cards. And a 32GB class 10 for $47 is awesome.

anyone have an Idea when it should show up
bc I leave for MI for a trip w/ family and don't want to miss
the pick up but didn't want to miss a deal either? jeez what a
predicatement ??? LOL
In for 1. Now to sell my 32GB cl4 card. I'm glad the 32GB's are coming down in price.

I got mine yesterday as well. I've tested it and its giving me much faster speeds than the Class 4 32gb card I was using. I was able to copy over a couple of 3D movies in about 8 minutes, which was much quicker than before.
This ought to keep me satisfied until the microsdxc format plummets in price.
Bought mine from Ebay Australia for 65 delivered, Works like a charm!
This microSD card looks legit overall, though there are some very negative reviews on Amazon. I personally prefer the new Samsung 32GB microSD class 10 cards.
Anyone tried using 64gb microsd if it works in gsm version

Price drop is back in effect. It's actually lower now than it was originally. I updated the OP to reflect this.

Anyone know...

Yeah Amazon is having crazy deals, and unlike black Friday at brick and mortar you don't have to fight the crowd or wait in long lines. I do all my shopping online.
I saw some deals on 32GB class 10 for similar price.
As impatient as I am I was hoping to grab one in store but I guess ill go ahead and grab one from amazon.

Me too. I got 4 of them. Sold two for $30 each and kept the other two. I wanted a back up in case it goes bad. Seems like every review I read on ANY class 10 card is hit or miss. I would say usually 1/3 of reviews say that the card was corrupt after a few months.
The 16's seem more reliable than the 32's.

There were some on sale on boxing day for even cheaper, i bought a duracell 64gb sdxc full size sd card for 69.99 and a sandisk 32gb sdhc micro for 39.99 =D both from futureshop.
Got one of these cards from Frys.com for $50 a couple of weeks ago and it's worked great so far. My SD card reader is on the fritz, however, so I can't post any appreciable speed tests. Sorry.
Still, it works great and it's hard to beat the price.

Soooo....it works for a ship-to-store, but what about if we just ordered it online, then drove down to the Best Buy store and (*hopefully*) picked it up locally just a little while later after placing the order, simply cutting the shipping aspect completely out of the equation? Can we do THIS instead? Because my Best Buy actually has severrrraalll of these bad boys currently in stock.. :what:

You guys enjoying your cards?
I bought 2 of these from Amazon in December of 2012 for $40 each. I couldn't be happier! Samsung is the ONLY brand cards I will buy!
EDIT : Actually, mine aren't Pixtor. I've never even heard of that before. Mine are both 64GB Ultra UHS-1 SDXC. Are these cards UHS-1, or no? These look almost identical to mine except for some wording on them
