i dont think any of the official accessories are out yet to buy, you will just have to look on ebay for some cheap ones till they release the better stuff.

Get the Sigema Pro case. They are a good fit and good quality. See here.

I recommend Mate-Case or Ottherbox.
There is a whole passel of case threads in the accessories section with lots of different cases discussed. Might consider wandering down there.
I'm looking for a case that folds in and out like a book and will work with a dock so I don't have to take it out everytime I want to use the dock. Any suggestion?

just look on ebay and amazon for deals and check electroniccrap.com often and they will have them back in stock soon

Well thats what I just did and there isn't any to be found, and I can confirm that non ever existed (on ebay or amazon) beside pyro's (which I have linked).
For some strange reason these clip cases is still off ebay the only way to get one is to just order it from Steve or get it from source (Aliexpress / DHgate) when he is OOS.
