[Q] (Q) Backup of original "Android system recovery <3e>"?

I want to grab some software off a stock galaxy ace from the same provider as mine. However, before I root it and install CWM, I want a way to revert it to Android system recovery <3e>. Obviously, I cannot back up the stock phone, it's unrooted and has no CWM recovery backup yet, and once I install CWM, it won't have the stock recovery anymore. Any way to get the stock system recovery?

There's no flashable zip or whatever .
All you need to do is to flash any firmware via ODIN

If u flash any stock rom ,u will get your stock recovery back =D
Where can I get a stock rom for the device, though? I can't take a backup to make my own without CWM...I assume I could learn to use Odin with a tutorial somewhere, but Odin can't take a backup, can it?
sammobile.com
Nice site. I don't suppose the Europe or Asia firmwares will work in North America, though? (Canada).

Noob question about flashing boot and recovery image

I'm a bit confused on when i'm seeing in posts that i need to flash the stock boot or recovery image. What does that mean and how do i do it??
Check this post. The RUU is the stock factory ROM that ships with the phone. If you flash that you'll be back fresh how the phone ships. Flashing the stock recovery will get rid of Amon RA / CWM if you have it on your phone now. But you can reflash those things after going back to a stock configuration.

[Q] Recovery

I'm using a Rogers Infuse 4g. was running miui rom but then flashed a stock rom
how do i get into a cwm recovery??? when i try the 3 button salute to get into recovery i get sent into the original recovery
i want to flash cm9 but i can't seem to get into a red recovery
can someone help?
How did you flash the stock ROM? It may have completely reverted all software to stock, including the recovery. If that's the case (test if you have root), you'd just have to start over, as if it's a new phone.
You'll have to flash CWM recovery from fastboot.
Sent from my Nexus 7

[Q] Question about Stock

I was wondering if you can flash the stock recovery while running the Pure Stock Rom? I have read the return to stock thread and can not make heads or tails out of it. One says if you do it this way you still can't Update back to ICS. Another Says You can but you have to add Something to the process. The Radio I think. Is there a clear cut way to return the Note back to stock and be able to update it back to ICS? Or can you just flash the Pure Stock Rom and flash the Stock Recovery that came with the Phone when it had GB on it?
Pure stock from bigfau is rooted ..
Odin .tar is not...
Flash .tar rom via odin ..
Then flash your stock radio via CWM (flash CWM)
Flash counter reset via CWM
Then flash the stock 3e recovery in CWM
Then reboot ...
You will then be able to get update ...as you will be pure stock...g
