Looking for Photon Sixaxis profiles - Motorola Photon 4G

For games like Modern Combat 3 and GTA 3. Anyone have some they can share? Most seem to be for devices of different screen sizes.

Got one for MC3 set up if anyone needs it.

Not sure of the ask here as I have both games on my stock Photon and they work great?

I'm trying to find a sixaxis touch profile for gta. So i can use my ps3 controller. All of the ones I've found have been for different screen sizes.
I also got a pretty decent one set up for Modern Combat 3 for use with the Sixaxis controller/app if anyone wants a copy. Works pretty well, especially when using the lapdock.

Finally got one for a qHD device. Works very well, makes the game much more enjoyable. Feels almost like a console.

Here is GTA: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=21690077&postcount=13
As for MC3, I'll upload mine in a bit.

Here's the MC3 map. It's not perfect, but works pretty good. Just remove the .zip from the filename.

controls suck though. impossible to effectively do an FPS with a touchscreen-only phone, unfortunately.

Doesn't work on mine. I get the "Device not compatible, please request a refund" message when I run it.

i think they're terrible because you have to aim, and then move your same thumb to another button to shoot. doesn't work well for me for regular FPS play styles. especially playing online.
dude, i got the MC2 has 3 weeks, from the own gameloft website, going in there using the phone browser =D

Is the Razr a decent gaming device?

I'm interested in getting a Razr and I would appreciate some experience with playing games on it as I'm a big gamer. I have an iPod Touch, but I only play like three games on it because the screen is so small. Is the Razr capable of keeping up with intense games?

So there's no significant slowdown or freezing when playing intense games? When I play intense games on my Droid 3, after 20 minutes it becomes unusable and requires a reboot.

I recently acquired the craze for this amazing games available, and I can say they run awesomely great!
See, I used to have an Xperia, and the games were either too big (in MB) or too demanding (processing power) so I never really played, since the phone slowed down considerably.
Now with my RAZR, I tried a bunch of games that ran as smooth as butter, with very detalied graphics on the, oh so great screen, it's overall a much, much better experience. I tried GTA 3, Battle Bears, Spiderman HD, Real Racing 2 and Shine Runner. All took up 400-700 MB but they run with no hiccups.
Real Racing 2 works on the RAZR?

Yeah, just tried it this morning. Seems to work so far.
We've got a PowerVR GPU. It's enough.
Somehow, my riptide GP and sprinkle ( YES SPRINKLE) lag when i play them.
Also, the water effects in sprinkle is not real..it looks like round dots..which are really ugly. Already using chainfire3D but still there. dont really know why
It's not about capability, it's all about compatibility.
it's a beast.. just played gta 3 for about an hour.. runs great
well my razr doesnt fare so well, so far it lagged heavily on fruitninja HD, ninjump and ashphalt 6. anyone else expierencing this?

Is asphalt 6 compatible with razr?
I have bought that when I was using my old milestone 2, but it doesn't appear in my razr's [email protected]@

Agreed on GTA. Please also consider that unlike a few other recent devices, the Razr has a qHD, rather than 720p, so less pixels to push. Especially if you play game emulators, the Gnex and Rezound do not play very well with virtual pads, plus PSX and N64 play slower.
Pixels are a factor for game emulators and is why they play faster when in a smaller native window (less pixels to push). Not sure why there is not better scaling for Android, but all current chipsets have the issue.

Hmm, it says not compatible with my device. Weird.

To fellow emulator addicts

N64oid was just updated again so some more games are working now. Unfortunately my favorite game of all time resident evil still doesn't work dammit. I just spent an hour playing sanfrancisco rush racing and 1080 snowboarding. What memories. The dude has done a good job with this app.
Anyway,just a heads up

Well you can always buy a n64 that's sure to work. Trust me emulators are cool and all but it plays Soo much better on the real thing. I got a Sega Saturn, N64, Vectrex, Gamecube, Dreamcast, and Sega Genesis. They all play better than emulation. Fyi Saturn and dreamcast can play "backed up games" if you know how.

Question based on a comment I saw on the RPG game thread in this forum. If you're using an emulator and have a phone with a slide out keyboard, can you use the keyboard as a controller like you would when using an emulator on a PC? I might have to get a Shift if that is true!

Pretty much. You just assign whatever key you want to be whatever function you want via the emulator's gamepad settings.

ICS isn't needed. I just searched the market for it and its supposedly compatible
with gingerbread.
BTW, I haven't downloaded it so I'm not sure ifthe note is supported.
I have been playing with it. It works great. As far as gamepad idk how that works I don't have one myself.

Hmm. Not working. It loops at the MC3 startup screen. Let me check and see if it is the ROM I am on (I am one of the few rooted devices). Hold on for a bit as I change.
Works just fine on the right ROM.
Controls are bit cramped because of the smaller screen but it is definitely playable.
