Hi I can't quite answer but I know for example the XXLPQ based ICS 4.0.3 Omega Roms include the Touch Wiz...
Not really sure though..
Touch wiz is integrated in the new ROM. Just try the NOVA launcher. I have no problems with it
I agree with the use of Nova Launcher, the TW just sucks..(IMO)

I'v tried some advices from some posts including a LQ6 (4.0.4) ROM stock keyboard but i can't get it to work.

Look in themes and apps. I'm sure there is one in there or google it. You need a modded version of that apk. Stock ics won't work on jb as you have found out.
