I dont know why but, my hardware leds(the ones in the buttons) decide sometimes that they dont want turn off even after the phone is locked
Why is this? Anybody knows?

Lol. It's not stupid.... Its a real issue. Even i had this. Ever since I made a super clean installation of rom and manage my ram...my device never bumped into such problem anymore.

Yes ram manager. I use that app... Ram manager pro by Juwe.

Impossible to be ported due hardware limitations. This means, you won't find it. :-/
Also, honeycomb is for large screen phones and tablets. Use GingerBread instead. ;-)
Or maybe a custom ROM with HoneyComp theme...
