I scoured teh Interwebz looking for great large format wallpapers suitable for the Note.
These wallpapers are designed for launchers that support large format scrolling backgrounds, but you can use them with any launcher you like.

They are for scrolling backgrounds.

Yes they are. Assuming the launcher supports scrolling backgrounds.

Nope, the background doesn't scroll a full screen width with the foreground.
