WASD

So are there any games that can use a mouse and WASD? I found out, to my dismay, that Minecraft and Duke Nukem don't support mouse/keyboard. Kind of ****ty....
There's a plugin for the USB/BT JoyCenter app that can emulate screen presses via keyboard/gamepad. I haven't tested it out yet but it might prove useful in this situation.
Well, riptide can customize keys so that could work. I personally use arrow keys.
GTA 3 uses the keyboard, but not sure if its specifically WASD

Can't find the "JoyCenter" app. Where is it and how does it work?

Games with Gamepad support.

Looking for games that have gamepad support that work with TF300. I use a logitech wireless f710 gamepad. Will update the list as people contribute (hopefully).
1. GTA III
2. Riptide GP THD
3. ShadowGun THD
4. SNESoid
5. N64oid
6. GenPlusDroid
7. Gameboid
8. PSX4Droid
9. Sonic 4 Episode 2
10. Sonic CD
11. Soulcraft THD
12. Gloomy Dungeon 3D
13. Renaissance Blood THD
I can confirm that both N64oid and SNESoid work fine with the PS3 controller and allow for button rebinding so should be fine with any controller.
GenPlusDroid also works fine with the same UI settings as SNESoid.
Gameboid using a wiimote works great.

If you have PS3 controller and sixaxis controller app you can pretty much play any touch game that has a virtual analog stick and several buttons (e.g. Galaxy on Fire 2) using the touch emulation option.
Just enter the desire game and take a screenshot of the controls. Then go to the sixaxis controller app, tap on the three little squares on the top right, enter preferences. In preferences go into Touch Emulation>Edit Touch Profiles. Double tap the screen for the menu, select Change Background, look for the screenshot you just took of your game controls. Then double tap the screen once again and start adding buttons with the Add Button menu. Just drag and drop wherever you want. If the game has an virtual analog joystick just use the ANALOG_LEFT button and set it on top of it. There you have play almost any game with your PS3 controller. Get creative....
And remember to save your profiles with the name of each respective games. You can change controller profiles right under the Pair Controller button in the Sixaxis Controller app. Happy gaming yall!!!!!!!
Can you use USB controllers with this?

Yes you can. You need either a USB adapter for tab only or the dock to connect the controller
How do you do it just on the tablet without dock?
I've been trying to connect a USB controller and the light on the controller does come on but I can't use it..

What controller are you using? I've never connected a gamepad through usb before. Might be that you need an app. When the controller is connected and on try going into settings and look around in input & keyboard setting.

I tried messing around with that......does it require a root? Cause I be having no luck.
In other news:
I tried out some of the Sonic games. The new Sonic 4 Episode 2 THD is good to go for controller use (at least on the lite version it is). Unfortunatley Episode 1 is just a mess. Kind of work, kind of doesn't. Sonic CD works too.

Yes, Sixaxis Controller app requires root. Have you tried looking in the tablet's settings>Language & Input> there under Keyboard & Input Methods you should see the controller listed, enter the setting of the controller and try looking for touch emulation there.

I'm not rooted. Don't see myself rooting anytime soon. Perhaps down the line.
I'm familiar with the sixaxis app, I played around with it on my Nook Color before. Didn't know about the touch emulation at the time.
Just configured a profile for touch emulation for SoulCraft works great. Although I'm not too thrilled about the game, waiting for Dark Kingdom.

Ah you were talking about the controller not the app. Yes you can get the controller to work if you have the dock or a usb adapter to connect it too.

Nyko game pad

I purchased a nyko game pad to play modern combat and pretty much all my games.... Has anyone purchased this? The box says its capable to create touch mapping profiles for games that don't support In game control mapping but I cannot do any of this! Anyone run into this issue? Can I use this with six axis app or should I just buy a ps3 controller?

Native PS3 Controller work with OnLive?

Just wondering if anyone's tried playing any games with OnLive while using a PS3 controller without having to root and use Sixaxis? I wanna try the Arkham games, and if it works, I'm gonna go buy a controller.
