I'm using DiGi Broadband, but I think this setting works for Maxis 3G. I didn't take this from DiGi 3G setting BTW. ;-)
Step-by-Step Instruction
Go to: Settings > Wireless and Networks Settings > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names
Step 1: Create a new APN Profile
Step 2: Fill name as “Maxis 3G”
Step 3: Fill APN as “unet” (if you are a non-3G user, change to “net”)
Step 4: Fill Proxy as “202.75.133.49″
Step 5: Fill Port as “80″
Step 6: Fill Username as “maxis”
Step 7: Fill Password as “wap”
Step 8: Fill MMSC as “[B]http://172.16.74.100:10021/mmsc[/B]”
Step 9: Fill MMS Proxy as “202.75.133.49″
Step 10: Fill MMS Port as “80″
Other fields leave blank / default value

Can't you just remove the APNs, enable Mobile Data and let it re-download the APNs configs?
At least it worked for me.

Password: *** (I don't know what is the password as it only shown *** on my SGT)
Server: Not Set
MMSC: http://172.16.74.100:10021/mmsc

Authentication type: PAP
APN type: internet + mms
found the easiest solutions
just go to APN press menu click RESET APN
wait a few seconds

Can any body tell me the reason why my GPRS is not working?
I try to use all the available settings for my GPRS, but it always say no modem found, is there any software available from which i can browse the SP to browse which setting is working. Like we browse the IP network on the computer.
Btw i am using Ufone at Pakistan And i have tried all of these settings.

Have you tried using HTC Network Setup Wizard?
Can you tell us wich ROM you are using? There are some with GPRS disfunctionality.

Has anyone successfully programmed MMS for cricket using this technique?
I'm going to try mmsproxy=wap.mycricket.com and port 8080 and see what happens...
u need to be on 2.1 and use mmszap google it and change those settings to wat ur provider is and you should be able to send out mms. i have successfully done it on crickets network..
You can use apn backup and restore. I have attached the apn to restore for cricket mms. I tried to post but it said something about posting outside links?
Anyway the only thing that needs to be changed is [email protected]. Change this to your [email protected] and after backing up your apns, restore this to the phone.
Change file name from mms.xml.zip to mms.xml.

Looked around all over the internet, and got no help, except for a kid in Droid forums selling a 'solution'.

Hers is on Cricket. Sorry for the confusion. I was trying to help, because changing the APN settings is similar.

Sorry I forgot to add that you need to delete apns before restore. Make sure you have a backup of the original.

No it doesn't work in Stock ROM. BTW Free X10 has an option to enable proxy.
Settings> wireless > proxy settings
Don't know whether it works.

yeah i tried it on the free x and it works for browsing,but not for some applications like appbrain and market
but i want a program work on the se original 2.1 rom,cause i couldn't get arabic support for the freex
I'm from syria too and the only way to use all the apps such as fb and yt and the market is to use an open vbn network i gave it a shot and it worked easliy and it's free freee and it's even hide ur real IP

In every case, try not only wifi connection, but also 2g/3g one...

What phone do you have? X10 mini (not the same as "X10 mini pro"!)? Going to assume it's a X10 mini.

That would be MiniCM7-2.1.7, and that's the ROM.
What kernel are you using? If it's X10 mini, you should be using nAa-09 kernel?
Now... taking a wild shoot at your problem:
try using "imap.gmail.com" as incoming server
and "smtp.gmail.com" as outgoing.

Hey, I see you have straight talk, so I flashed europe v20b and it wouldnt let my wifi work at all. What is the problem, I also let it sit for about 5 hours and still nothing it wasnt even connected to data is this my issue? also is there a way to fix mirrored image, does lelus method work on just ICS rom or JB ?

I had to enter the T-Mobile APN settings manually.

Try rebooting then try, I had to reboot and then save for it to stick
