Photo Editing or Camera's app? - AT&T Samsung Galaxy S II SGH-I777

I am loving my SGS II. It is honestly the first device that I have used without even looking back at my iPhone. However the one thing I am missing is the camera quality. Whenever I take a pic on my SGS II most of my pics have red eye and I can't seem to find a good pic editing app that helps with that. Can anyone make a suggestion?

Have you looked at Adobe photoshop app. That is the only really good one I know off.

I haven't tried that one. I'll have look. Thanks

Little photo is pretty good free app. Camera zoom is good, I grabbed it when it was on sale.

Thanks again for the suggestions everyone, however I think I may have found one that works great. I am using Instagram's advanced camera. (Instagram, Settings, Camera Settings)

here's a list of alternative apps you can use.
photo editing:
lightbox,adobe photoshop express
cameras:
ics camera(need android 4.0+ ),camera 360, camera zoom fx

to remove red eye you can use this app (not free)

No one uses Pixlr-o-matic?
I do, and I kind of like it.

[q] Vignette camra app

Has anyone used this app? I see many people using it with the incredible but I don't feel like spending the money if it doesn't enhance the pictures on our phones that much.
There is a free demo version you can try out.

I really like Vignette. The effects and settings are very cool and I think they are much less cheesy than some of the effects on other camera apps.
I second that. I have the full version, and its a very reliable camera app with some powerful features!

[Q] Best App for Screenshots?

I am wondering which app do you guys use to take screenshots? I used Screenshot for a bit but the fact that the program name is 'screenshot' on my phone pisses me off a bit, haha (unless, is there a way to rename apps on your app drawer? Same with sdrescan, ha, wish I could rename that), but I heard about ShootMe and I was wondering if people though the quality of pictures were different between the two, or if there is a preference.
Not sure if this could go under Themes & Apps or Q&A (since this is a question about an app, although maybe someone knows how to rename apps, ha). If this is in the wrong forum, I apologize and I will move it to the correct one.
Some launchers will let you rename apps in the drawer and homescreen and/or just create shortcuts with the name you want. I'm sure there's an app on the market that will let you do something similar shortcut-wise.
As for screenshots, the two most popular for as long as I can remember are drocap2 and Shootme. Used Shootme initially then went to drocap for a while. Currently trying Shootme again since they added the screencast feature for low fps videos.
I use shoot me...the quality is great and the app is simple to use

+1 on shoot me.
I use to use drocap2 on my Droid X and the quality was great and shoot me didn't have good quality. I used drocap2 several times with no problems in the first few weeks but now the quality is horrible, I'm not sure if its my Rom or an update to the app causing it but now shoot me works really well on my phone. It seems all the apps have their strengths and weaknesses depending on the phone/rom your running.
ShootMe is great, even let's you take videos (though they aren't perfect)
i use shoot me

I use Shootme! LOL Oh btw for renaming apps on your Homescreen, try an app called Bettercut. Lets you change icons and name of an app on your homescreen.
I like ShootMe. The quality is good and it has a neat shake to take picture feature.
another vote for ShootMe, as stated above i really like the shake to take a picture feature.
+ for shoot me. Only wish there was another way to start the video. Like being to shake to start or cover the light sensor. Don't particularly like to start the video showing me starting the video...lol

Disorganized Gallery Photos

I transfered photos from my computer to my phone and for some reason the pictures in each folder starts with the newest picture and ends with the oldest when I want it the other way around. I organized the files by filename in File Manager but it still does the same thing. Any ideas how to fix the problem?

Forget it, I discovered QuickPic which fixed the problem and is a much better photo viewer overall so I'm happy I found it.

Personally I'm not a fan of the built in Gallery. I'd suggest looking at QuickPic on the Market. You can sort pictures by name/date and ascending/descending. Must better app in my opinion.
[Edit] LOL, that's what I get for not answering immediately. *ninja'd by the OP*

Best Camera/Filter App

I've been looking on the market for the best camera/photo edit app out but havent been able to find one. Coming from an iPhone I used the Camera+ app and lover the HDR features along with full control over photo editing and filters. Any suggestions?

This came with my note 10.1 tab. Tons of features.

Camera FV-5 has become my replacement camera for the stock cam on my Note 2. FV-5 gives you features you would find on a DSLR camera. Pro HDR Camera is great for the times you want HDR and last but not least Vignette camera.
for editing, I like Picsay Pro, Perfectly Clear and definitely Adobe Photosho Touch(A tad pricey but worth it).
