Instructions:
Download the ROM..
Put in SD Card..
Flash ICS Kernel with CWM Recovery... No need to Flash kernel if you have already...
Go into Recovery and DO FULL WIPE and Flash the ROM, Flash any Addons then
Reboot

IMPORTANT: (Notes and TIPS)
1) Please allow the ROM to settle for atleast an 2-3hrs as Media Scanners, sync etc etc always run on First boot... Then check the smoothness...
2) If you want to take Screenshots, press Vol Down+Power Button for 1 sec
3) If you want to Save Battery , use FREE Underclocking app from Google Play Store(Market) called No-frills CPU... (thanks Sirkay for the tip)
Set CPU
Min -122Mhz
Max 768 or 1200Mhz.. (Rom will still run Smooth...)
and I/O Scheduler- noop
Secondly, If you dont Sync Gallery photos then turn off Photo Sync in Settings> Accounts>Tap ur email>Sync Google-Photos (turn it Off)
4) If you have questions regarding the Rom, please don't pm me... just ask your questions on thread. . i read every post and will answer as much as i could...
5) If you use ROM CONTROL Go to Settings> Data and Time > Tick Mark 24-hour format, else you will get SystemUI FC (thx to JJ for the tipp)

I am handing over the ROM to acocalypso ... He has quite enough Dev Info and most importantly he has Xperia play... so you dont have to worry abt blind builds..... I would be working combined with him to Provide u Smooth, Stable and Lite ROM

um, sorry if i sound stupid, but where is the link for this??
I've used some of ur files to get a quick settings panel working on my phone however it totally screws up the battery car at the top, when i have 95% battery, it is showing up as 55% in the top bar, lol.

If u mean via the medium of recovery, last time I did that its got messed up right royally, and I had to fully restore my last back-up, don't know why. But I might give it another go.

Tell u what I'll do, I've just taken a fresh Nandroid back-up, so I will start from scratch again, reinstall everything, and then I'll get back to u again, lol.
Fingers crossed, its only the Quick Settings I want, lol, with my own digital battery mod, but getting them both working seems to be harder than I thought, lol.
EDIT:
Ment to say, My own battery mod has been working fine, 100 to 0 on the battery icon, recharge icons fine too, its only when I add the extra bits I get any problems =/

ok, fully charged battery, flashed battery mod, cleared battery settings, now at 100% battery, icon on top bar showing 01% lol.
99% battery showing as 06% LMFAO!!!!!

Ah, sorry, I misunderstood u
Can't wait for the fix, I love the quick settings bit, used it on 2.3.4 loads.
My "theme" is the basic SEMC ICS Beta icons, with just a digital battery icon, I managed to take the framework-res.apk and systemui.apk from this release, and add all my icons, but obviously the battery bit didn't work. So all I really wanna do is grab thos 2 files and add my icons to it, BUT, would u be able to do the quick settings icons, and clock in white on one version??

This is kinda weird =/
I've flashed it, and its running nicely, and the batter mod with the STANDARD ROM icons works fine, but when I changed them to my own Digital battery icons it goes all wrong, lol.
Everything else is looking great, even tho personally I don;t really like the ASOP ICS icons.

I just used UOT Kitchen to do it, I'm now waiting to get back into the kitchen to use the files from this rom to make ANOTHER flashable zip and keep my fingers crossed, lol.
Found a little bug, tho I am not sure if it is from the black theme I flashed, so I will come back to u about that in a minute, lol, but this is the problem.....
The bug is in the theme.
I've also founf the ICS Blue hex colour, so I am making my UOT theme again, with the files from this rom, and the icons and battery I like, lol.
