Here are all of the new launchers in one nice summary as of v8.2:
Changelog:
9.1 - Outlined Data Arrows.
v9.2 - Updated to 3.2.1 and reformatted for 50 pixel system ui.
v9.3 - Updated Play Store
v9.4 - Updated Maps and moved Maps and GMail back to the data/app folder.
v9.5 - Added theming to camera. Fixed talk bubble on Google Talk.
v9.6 - Added a themed Google Music
v9.7 - Added new Play Store.
v9.8 - Removed arrows from 3g/4g icons since they don't work anyway.
v9.9 - Updated Gmail
Some people were having problems downloading my files via their phone. If you long press on the file and click open in new window, it appears to be ok after it saves. You can also try another browser.
Disclaimer: 100% of my original base artwork was obtained from Google Images. My work consists solely of resizing, recoloring, relayering, adding, subtracting or assembling original pieces to develop appropriate artwork for each stock icon. Any resemblance to existing theme work is purely coincidental. I have not borrowed, taken, stolen, kanged or otherwise acquired a single piece of artwork from any existing rom to date. Because it is physically impossible to guarantee the authenticity of any claim to original artwork I feel the appropriate acknowledgement will be a general thanks to all artists. IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU MAKE A NANDROID BACKUP BECAUSE MY INSTALL SCRIPT DELETES ALL AFFECTED FILES BEFORE ADDING THE NEW ONES. IF YOU CANCEL OR REBOOT OR BATTERY DIES, YOU ARE S-O-L. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.
Flash this in Clockwork Mod, Amon Ra or TWRP. They all should work.

Edit: I just noticed the images in the weather app are distorted which is likely due to you basing your mods off the initial RC1.

mine looks perfect. How did it look before hand? Can you nandroid back and see. If it is an RC1 problem, then that would be rom related since I used the current version of the rom's files.

My weather doesn't look distorted either
I'm actually talking about this screen. This is how my weather looks currently and if you take a look at yours it will likely not look the same because there were two versions of RC1 released yesterday.
The first RC1 had compressed apks which messed up some of the images and then the second one was uploaded which had the original RC1 without the compression.
Does your weather currently look like this?

Let me redownload the RC1 and see if it is any different. I did get it pretty early in the day when it was released.
well, i redownloaded it, saw that it was 17 meg bigger, reinstalled it and everything looks the same. Does anyone else see a noticeable difference? Can you give me a before and after? I'll gladly redo it with the second download files but I just cant see the difference. Any other telltale signs?
so i rebuilt my stock theme to see if it got better with the new files and it still all looks the same. Help me understand?
I'll flash the mod I downloaded yesterday now so you can see...one moment.
EDIT: Here is the icons in the weather app look after flashing the mod. The very first RC1 you probably downloaded early yesterday had issues with these png's and Mik re-uploaded the fixed version. Sorry about not putting this up earlier but I had already flashed back my nandroid.
Is their any way to just flash the 3g and 4g icons?
ok guys, I put 1.2 in the op. It has the darker blue 3g icons, Yellow lightning bolts in charging and most importantly it was built on the "2nd" RC1 that didn't have the apk's as compressed. i hope that met everyone's requests so far.

do you know how to use adb? i could just give you the SystemUI.apk and you could push it via adb and reboot via adb.
If not, with a little prodding, I can probably make it installable.

[MOD][Live Wallpaper Pack] StockModv2 - Water, Nexus, Galaxy, Ocean Waves - 8/21 UPDATE!

To install download the zip and flash through Clockwork Recovery!
The wallpapers retain the same name as their originals but I have changed the icons for them.
To select the wallpapers long press an empty spot on your home screen or press Menu < Wallpapers < Live Wallpapers
and select from:

Ocean Waves
Rather then explain how i modified each one, Ill let you look at the screenshots instead, and i might do a video demo. These live wallpapers might be able to be flashed on to any android 2.1+ capable device with live wallpaper support using clockwork recovery but this has only been tested on the Vibrant.

well i dont think itd work because i didnt sign it, and it was originally a system app, you can feel free to try and let me know though. I'll try to see if i can make an installable version.
I am currently working on another release. So far I have modified the Ocean Waves wallpaper to look like the ocean waves under the moon night, and I made the galaxy wallpaper take on a more "Galaxy S" color pallette. I plan on doing the nexus wallpaper next and i might have a release by the end of the weekend hopefully. I still dont know how to make them installable apps though so we are going to have to rely on replacing the stock wallpapers till then. if anyone wants to help me out, feel free to shoot me a pm.

I did not change the thumbnails yet, try selecting "Water"from your live wallpapers and it should show up

Seems like this would be a pretty easy metamorph, since it's only a few png's that are changed for each wallpaper. Or a standalone install shouldn't be too hard either.
I like the nexus wallpaper a lot so I kanged it into a NexusMod apk.

Id love to make a standalone install or a metamorph but I'm not unfamiliar about how that works...

Can you upload and post a link to the apk you made?
Or can the OP offer any suggestions as to why this might not be working on my phone? I'm running the Vibrant6 with a lagfix. It installs both apps, but in application manager it says they are both 0.00 bytes, and they don't show up in live wallpapers at all.

Did you flash through clockwork recovery? Hmm actually I think it's because I used the lwp from the stock rom, and I just remember it's odexed. I'll put up a deodexed version tonight hopefully. If anyone wants to help me make this an installable apk I'd really appreciate it
metamorph
I used this theme as training for metamorphing. Everything is the same as in the OP's version, but I removed the unnecessary files of cours, hence a slightly smaller size.
In regards to uploading the modified NexusMod apk, I would have to say no, since it's not a free app. Unless Chris gave me permission. I would be happy to give a brief tutorial though.
Thank you. And I didn't know about the Nexus mod being paid...I thought I downloaded it for free once. I guess they have two versions on the market, and I just don't remember seeing the other. Thanks though for the metamorph.
Although if you don't mind, I would like to know how you squeeze parts into an already made app. Will that allow me to use the different colored particles from Nexus mod on this background?

Reworked the contacts to look a little more black, small changes though. Also reworked the stock clock to be more a little more ICS.
Here is a theme I've been putting together for Serendipity 8.1 over the last few weeks based on ICS from the system dump.
The theme will work with S8, UnNamed and Cog X2 at this point in time.

I've modded the keyboard, most of the usual system apps like mms, contacts, phone etc and modded the stock lockscreen to have the same clock font as ICS... and more
The only problem is that I cannot for the life of me get the notification text color to change to white. So if you can fix then post up the files and I'll add it in.
I don't plan on porting it to other roms or updating it often as pharmacy school has been pretty cumbersome lately.
Usual stuff:
You flash at your own risk, if it breaks your phone it isn't my fault.
I highly recommend you back-up any files so you can revert if you please.

It should work, there isn't much difference between the two roms but I can't guarantee it.
Looks a lot more complete than what I was working on! One thing I did notice is that the signal icon seems to be a bit larger than the rest of the system icons and a tad bit blurry. The icons I was working with seemed to be a bit smaller to match the height of the other icons. I'll attach the SystemUI.apk I was using in case you wanted to compare those icons

i think there's a new Serendipity version coming any day now, so i'll switch back and try it out then. i don't like the stock green on most of these. i don't get why Google doesn't include color choices.

I have the USB connected one working, but basically everything else. Market downloads, google music....anything on going. I've edited just about every xml I can find but still no dice.

Yeah already changed those lines. Every edit I've made hasn't seemed to fix it. I've edited a few xmls in SystemUI and Notification_text in framework/res/colors...and nothing

That's in a different APK.
Grab downloadprovider.apk and edit the xml I mentioned above. I think the progress bar is in there as well.

It shouldn't. That is what I did when I ported a white theme (FROST) over from Nexus S to Captivate...... I had to make the text black. So I'm not sure whats going wrong there.
All you're changing is text colors.
I love this theme except for the ugly blue/yellow bubbles on a black background for the messaging app. Is there a way I can revert to the stock messaging theme while keeping everything else?

yea.... just use root explorer or supermanager(its free) and replace the mms.apk from whatever rom you want. Just make sure R/W is enable when making the change or replace it in the them flash and reflash it.
Ok I've decided to jump back in. Now I've remove ALL green and blue aspects to a handfull of apks. I've themed 1000s of images, if you decide to use my images inorder to save your self some time, GIVE CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE! k thanks.....

If for some reason you get com.htc.bg FCs, this is related to friendstream or facebook. All you need to do is wipe data for friend stream and Facebook and reboot (or just uninstall it)

LOL, I have a Killer 49ers one I did that I plan on porting over, figured footballs over for the time being and my Rangers are on top! I'm working from scratch tho for a rangers one.. once i get the pull down figured out i'll start working on the battery icons.

Yea, i found the tabs. The main thing thats killing me is the background. In GB it was in the framework, ICS seems like it no longer uses framework.apk at all on the notification bar.

I dont think it was Scott that moved stuff around. It was more or less HTC. Good work though! I like it, except for the fact its the Rangers. haha

I can add transparency to the notification pulldown... I had to upgrade 3 times within 4 days, Scott released couple versions pretty quickly...haven't had a chance to work on the xmls..I was going to add animations to the pulldown...but ill make a transparent option

This is based off of Adrenaline LE by Team Nocturnal, but SHOULD work on any 2.17 based rom.
It is Universal, in the sense that it can be used on Odex/Deodex roms for either CDMA or GSM

Loving this theme like your others but one question,... is there any way I can get the App title names back?
how do u install icons zip?
It's just a zip with a bunch of different icons in it. Unzip onto your sdcard, then use desktop visualizer (free in the market) to change your desktop icons. It takes awhile, but it comes out looking pretty nice. After you get finished, just go into titanium backup and save HTC (desktop). Then, if you flash a new rom you can just restore that, and your home screens come back just like you left them.

I think it stopped working a loooooooooong time ago. I recommend deleting a lot of the Apps you never use since they can make your phone slower and cause a lot of battery drain.
Yeah, I just flash so much and I probably completely redo my phone at least once a day. I need to clean up my tibu. That's where all that junk is coming from.
You got it even better from original act. Been running this since you first released it. Just love it. I got quick Couple questions,

Since several people have asked about the blue icons, I will make a flash able mod to put the original icons back in. Reordering works, it's just touchy. Always has been.

v4.3 - themed and added weather to the mix. This version says 2.1 but will work on 2.0 also.
v4.4 - themed Clock/Alarm app (World Clock). Compatible with both 2.1 and 2.0
v4.5 - themed settings, Play Store, and fixed some ugly stuff I didnt like in messages. Compatible with 2.1 and 2.0. Oh and there is some magic fairy dust sprinkled over the messaging app. Don't blame me if mms works now.
v4.7 - Themed Gmail, Friend Stream, Tasks, Notes, Sound Recorder, finished Contacts, and much more in resources.
v4.8 - More theming in calendar, contacts, dialer, google voice, notes, sound recorder, tasks, framework and resources.
v4.9 - fixed icon sizing in google voice, recolored a couple gmail icons to fix contrast with stock program color, more theming on gtalk
v5.0 - Themed mail and fixed gmail single mail notification to one without a white background.
v5.1 - themed Desk Dock Mode including dock mode in settings.
Some people were having problems downloading my files via their phone. If you long press on the file and click open in new window, it appears to be ok after it saves.

Almost all Notification bar icons, calendar, Store, GMail, FriendStream, Google Framework, Personalize, Contacts, Dialer, Notes, Sound Recorder, Mail, Messages, Tasks, Phone, Rosie, Settings, System, Talk, Weather, Worldclock, Google Voice, Dock Mode, Dock Screen.

I wouldn't use it. Just because something works doesn't mean you didn't just delete the fixes by putting old files on top of them.
My suggestion, don't install old mods unless op tells you it is using the latest files. Just sayin.

Ok, I FINALLY figured out that Phonesky.apk was another copy of the Store. Damn those google people. Now that it is gone, you should not lose the theming on the Store anymore. Please report any other bugs you see.
