well if you get the .73 give us the Files and we can make a new .ftf
Wotan doesn't have .73 CE1. It can't. Plus they're encrypted so you won't be able to make an ftf file out of them.

now i have conected phone to PCC and it tell me that there is a new update .73 for Central Europe (cleanest one )
after i will update i will TRY to do an ftf file... but can someone refresh my memory how?
or do i need to use Update service instead PCC?
then take the biggest files..,then to flash tool and decrypt? em xd

Thats my question also
They have been compressed and are called FILE_277692161 150 megs and FILE_277660897 which is about 15 megs

what folder in seus did you find them in?

what i did to get the new Rogers 2.1 update is downgraded to old Rogers .014 fw, then used SEUS. here's the file to flash back to .014 :

I can also confirm that the Rogers update is now up and running. I just flashed the 1.6 version posted in the first post, then changed the setting in PC Companion to check for update upon next phone reconnect, then immediatelys showed that the update to 2.1 is available.
I'm currently updating right now... brb

To use just unzip the .sin files into firmware folder, and rename them like

In terms of XDA, decrypted firmware means that this is original firmware like the one flashed with SEUS, but decrypted to extract .sin files which can be flashed with Androxide's/Bin4ry's FlashTool.
So, flashing these files is the same as flashing phone with SEUS (should be, theoretically, unless there's some strange problem with phone that only SEUS can fix)...

Everyone? I used the decrypt software found on this forum - went very smoothly. Where's the best place to upload to? I've already used the .ftf file to reflash (was switching between stock and CM6).

That's odd. I initially flashed the UK .504 firmware then upgraded to v2.1.1.A.0.6 Firmware via SEUS. I then decrypted the files in my SEUS directory. I'll try flashing back and forth today and see what happens.

Figured out what happened. When I ran SEUS it performed an update but installed to a different directory - C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Sony Ericsson\Update Engine\db\13740270\blob_fs but I decrypted the files from C:\Program Files\... which were v2.0.2.A.0.24
I have decrypted files again and tested .ftf by flashing between v2.0.2.A.0.24 and v2.1.1.A.0.6. First post updated.

The UK firmware has many language choices including 'Nederlands (België), Nederlands (Nederlands), Deutsch and French. Do any of those suit you?

I can get to another resource. Firmware was received yesterday.
Ok great, yes apparently HK version is also out according to some chinese forums. But could'nt get the dl link.

Flashed with flashtool (but kept krab's kernel) everything seems ok for now.
also used flashtool all ok 4 now
Got a FTF File with the SI-Number 1261-8592 (Thanks to xperia.cz)
It's shown as "World" at the Serivce Menu

flashing rooted kernel (v4) works fine but:
system update keeps showing in the notification bar
the same .184 update # 0.1mb
which won't update with this kernel
Now that you have root remove in /system/app/ the application UpdateCenter.apk or rename its extension.
You won't get anymore the update notification.
