yea learn from HTC's mistakes lol
but yea, AOSP would be cool. although it would probably be better to wait till most of the stuff is fixed in the other cm9 roms first so you dont have so much to manage
EDIT: i see the op posted before me and he is correct, i forgot about that lol

Yea im already managing aokp for the tf101 and nitro hd

For the record, I agree on releasing these and getting help (and that CM is getting too closed - it comes without superuser now, right?). And I'm stoked for this!!! Haha, no joke AOKP is the main reason I still doubt my decision to get the amaze over the sgs2. The best of luck, man. If I knew anything more than how to test I'd help in a heartbeat.

Nice! This gives me something to look forward to when I get my Amaze soon. Hopefully this build progresses nicely and quickly as the AOKP build did on the mytouch 4G. We pretty much a stable release with a few quirks here and there.

What's the difference between an AOKP and an AOSP? I know this is a stupid question, but I never heard of of an AOKP before.

AOKP is a kang, someone else's work

Might be a weird question, but since calls work, can you hear the person and them you, I just happened to notice audio isn't working so wanted to make sure. Thanks for your work dastin, I remember you from the Hero forums, I think my wife is still running one of your ROMs on her hero.

Read the OP. I built the Galaxy Nexus JB ROM from source, then used Preludedrew's shooter JB ROM as a base. I'm working on pure shooter JB from source though.

Good morning Dastin. What a pleasant surprise....I was out yesterday evening and this morning I saw your post. Downloaded, installed ...no hiccups at all. smooth as a butter..Known issues as stated...Once the audio works I can leave it on in the phone and keep updating and testing. Thanks for the tremendous efforts....Look forward to the next revision..I appreciate your methodical approach to quality output.
Thanks a lot and have a great weekend.
Google Now not working. After you sign up the Google search feature crashes constantly. Pretty sweet though. Very smooth. I also get really good 3g speed with this ROM.

yeah im very anxious to try it as well but, as with most people i would assume, the no audio is a deal breaker. cant wait till you get more features up and running. thanks for all the hard work gonna keep an eye on this for sure

This ROM is based off of Agrabren's CM10 Disarmed Toaster for CDMA and is ported from the HTC Sensation Paranoid Android ROM.
This build is considered to be stable, but is a far cry from being 100% finished. As the Camera and Bluetooth do not work.
The good:
It boots!
****For those of you who are experiencing bootloops, this has to do with the radio. After flashing this ROM if you encounter a bootloop, try reflashing your radio and that should fix the bootloop. I have tested this myself but it has not been confirmed by others yet. Try this at your own risk, I am not responsible for bricked phones or anything else that might occur when using this ROM or flashing radios*****
Sound
Wifi
Voice/Data
All the Paranoid Android Settings
USB Mass Storage
Headphones (Huge thanks to Mazda!)
Microphone
Google Now
4G
You tell me!
What is borked at the moment:
Camera
Bluetooth
Anything that was broken in CM10 DisarmedToaster 0.1.6
You tell me!
A HUGE thank you to the many people who make this all possible!
Including but not limited to:
Agrabren - for making the base for this ROM and making all this possible
b.huss2 - for bringing PA to the 3D
ognimnella - for maintaining PA, allowing me to get involved with this project, and for helping guide me along the way lol
Gtj94 - for porting PA to the HTC Sensation and giving me something to port to the 3D
Mazda - for the headphone fix
HTC - for the phone
Sprint - for putting the phone on our network
Everyone who work on the ASOP Kernel Development
Everyone who creates that apps used in this ROM
The Original PA Team
All the Users of this ROM!
If I have forgotten anyone please let me know and I will add you!
The design: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1717079
Visit this link. There's plenty of information there about what PARANOIDANDROID is.
The awesome base: http://forum.xdadevelopers.com/showt...sarmed+toaster
Agrabren and his DisarmedToaster build of CM10 for CDMA. Without this, I would have never been able to port this ROM!
The port:

Finally got my evo3d to run its proper data speeds....or close to it. (wimax - 9mb/ 3g 1ish dl). I was getting 1mb/ and .3k before) horrible. so i had to get a sense dialer to access, so it meant switching from asop to sense to make the setting changes in the MSL menus. Then i switch back to asop cm9 rom and my data speeds sucked again. So i switch back to the sense rom, and all the MSL settings where reset. So is there anyway to make these settings stay when switching roms, or is there a back door access to these settings in an asop rom, or are you just stuck with bad data speeds, etc. with asop roms? thanks.
by the way, doesnt really deal to much with this rom, but I wouldnt mind switching to it if i can keep my good data speeds.

[ROM][DEV ONLY] CM10 JB Pyramid AOSP Kang Dirty Port[9/25/12][Alpha]

Here it is guys what iv been working on for a couple of days, cm10 port form the htc pyramid, this is in no way a daily rom, hopefully me posting it, will help us with ether aosp jb or getting this one to work enough for daily usage, until we get JB from source(witch is the best choice/experience), The init.rc has been heavily modified, in the hopes of fixing ether wifi or the launcher crashes, but i have not been successful yet, any one is welcome to try and fix the rest of the bugs.
To Chad if you feel me posting this rom is anyway rude or that it would undermine your aosp work, just let me know man i will take it down immediately.
Whats Working?
Wifi(Fails to acces a file in data/cannot scan networks.for now it only turns on) i asume this is something in the init.rc
BT (have not tested trasfer of files, but i asume they work)
Sensors
EGL Acceleration
Sound
Whats not working?
RIL(sahara starts it gets a response, but network cant register)
Launchers always crash, no matter witch one
graphic issues with the laucher area of the ui(i asume it has todo something with our egl drivers)
SDcards( i know there not working, this is an easy fix, not important right now)

This could actually help out a lot. Couple questions:
1) What kernel did you use? Did you make any modifications to it?
2) Is this a port from the official CM sensation builds or another build?
3) Are you using the ICS or JB init binary?

Thanks; I DID NOT MAKE THIS ROM! I simply compiled it and added cyanogenmod device trees/kernel to work on the Jewel. All thanks need to go to the developers at AOKP and the Cyanogenmod for their work.
tearaz, Haus_, shortyishere, NaterTots, CaptainThrowback, Deck and everyone in the #htc-evo-4g-lte channel for all of their support and info along the way.
Please dont hesitate to let me know if someone was missed here, send a PM or catch me in freenode and ill get you in there
Nice thanks

Wow nice man I wouldn't mind if you take over Beanstalk for awhile. I've been lazy and busy for awhile and I think someone else should really take care of it. Only if you want to.

Updated source 1-26
I realized last night/this morning when I posted that build that the source was 3-4 days old. Feature wise there were a couple tweaks that were committed since then that i wanted you guys to have. I also added swagpapers and scar45s AOKP Web app. Otherwise this is stock AOKP from source. If you flashed the 1-23 build this update should be able to dirty flash just fine.

Let me know how it works out and if you want to take over building it again I have no problem stepping asside. Really all i did was patch things up so it would compile and work on the jewel.

I left a note in the OP about that. The AOKP team is still working on how to deal with devices that have the capacitive buttons like ours. Until then those options wont work.

I apologize greatly for that. Complete oversight on my part.
Wow, I never check this section of the forum. Thanks mass for building this, OP!!! AOKP was my favorite AOSP ROM. I'm giving this a go tomorrow. So stoked to see this. Thank you.
