AOSP Gingerbread Theme Beta 4
Works on CM7 Alpha 8+ and Kyrillo's ROM V10+
This theme is ported from the original AOSP Gingerbread. Its for CyanogenMod 7 (Alpha 8 or +)
For install
Make a backup of files SystemUI.apk (system/app) and framework-res.apk (system/framework) !!!
Follow these instructions:
Download the theme (In 2nd post *.zip) and copy to your sdcard.
Boot into CWM recovery (Power Menu Reboot>Recovery)
Install .zip from sdcard
Flash this theme
Reboot, enjoy!
Press THANKS if you like it and otherwise say why in the thread !

It's really more like a real GB, the default CM7 system theme is little ugly and got to big icon, u make it really nice

he would look in here.
But i recommend for the developer to put a [THEME] in the title at the beginning:
[THEME][CM7] AOSP Gingerbread Theme > BETA 1 - DOWNLOAD NOW!
btw the theme looks cool, but at the moment i have the ICS theme activated.

True, but the theme is fir CM7 and so mostly all the devices running CM7 should be able to run it and many more people visit the "Android themes" section. So why not share the wealth??

I have change default wallpaper in framework-res.apk and i have correct a bug with low battery.

I checked the theme (just curiosity) and i saw that you are using hdpi icons! Why dont you use mdpi icons? mdpi is the correct resolution for our phone.

Battery icon is mdpi but signal icons are hdpi because for me the style of hdpi is better than mdpi icon...
if i apply this update.zip for this theme or the cyanobread, it will change the system theme? or .. (sorry, im a noob )

Good theme BUT if could do it, that it will be possible to CHOOSE this theme from the stock one ? (in Cyanogen settings and theme selection) Because i like the Stock Cyan theme but ALL your ports delete the stock one so it would be good to have stock back without reflasing, and last thing, icons in the settings are still Cyan, so you should add those from Alpha3

this is only possible in CM7.
about the icons that continue the CM, not is ported a whole theme : S
if you like the stock theme of CM makes a backup, this is easier.

yeah, just edit the files. png, and play at paste res/drawable-mdpi of framwork-res.
about update.zip on, you can use the same of Theme.

Well if you download that launcher pro icon pack you will only get 200-300 icons and my theme has 852 icons.I have collected it from many forums
Any icon pack will not work in mini launcher ..you have to rename all icons then only it will work.

Hello ladies and gents, I am Nitroz (Obviously) and I have been theming for the SGSII for a while now, making such themes as the Black Android Theme, Beautiful Honeycomb & My favourite OJ Infusion.
I decided to move on from Theming on the SGSII and move onto the Galaxy Tab 10.1, it seems more of a challenge & I love challenges.

The Theme
This theme is a Work In Progress and screenshots aren't available as of yet. I will be releasing Beta versions first for people to use, but it's only available to the Overcome ROM for now. This theme is AOSP Honeycomb look but black and white, I'm trying to theme as much as I can to get it all black and white. Please bare with me as I try to make this theme perfect and I hope to see you with this theme on some time soon.
Don't ask for ETA's, as I do not have a clue when this theme will be complete but I can assure you Beta 1 will be available tonight, I'm making this thread now so I don't have to do it later.
Installation Instructions
-Download the Zip file provided in the downloads section
-Put the Zip file on your Internal SD Card
-Reboot into Recovery Mode (Don't ask me how you do this)
-When in recovery mode, select "Install menu"
-Then select "Install Zip from Internal Storage"
-Select the Zip file you recently downloaded
-Let it flash
-Done
-Welcome to Black Honeycomb!

Nope, I took the files from a stock honeycomb theme (Probably why they match your files) and themed them black as it is Black Honeycomb. I wouldn't steal from you, or I would PM for permission. The CRT I sort of stole, I had to reference from it.
Looks like a great theme, dude! I am looking forward to trying it out when it's available for Task/Phantom roms.

it has to be modded in the TWLAUNCHER ....not in the framewok...

I think I could use one or two...

Theme is nice man but only contain one bug in contacts,contacts images are not showing up.

Sorry for took me so long, I was busy
But now, I'm back with a new update \/
Changelog:
1 - DeskClock (now bigger icons, ICS analog clock)
2 - Contacts (contact icon change, background and tab changed)
3 - DialerTabActivity (very close to ICS, I hope)
4 - PackageInstaller (transparent titlebar)
5 - Phone (button changed, incoming screen)
6 - GoogleQuickSearchBox (now look like Jelly Bean)
7 - Settings (PowerWidget look like ICS)
8 - SystemUI (very close to Jelly Bean, I hope)
9 - Framework (change a few button, background now is gradient, and statusbar icons)
NOTE*: I didn't try this theme on my phone, and can't post any screenshot, but it should work, so if you have any problem, post here

HOW TO:
1- Copy ICE CREAM SANDWICH for REPENCIS v3.5.zip in SDCard
2- Reebot into Recovery using CWM_bla_bla.zip
---->2a - Go to Advanced
---->2b - Wipe Dalvik Cache
3- Install zip from SDCard
4- Chose ICE CREAM SANDWICH for REPENCIS v3.5.zip, wait until is done! Reebot!
5- Most important step, ENJOY your phone, and press THANKS
*NOTE: Status Bar is LIGHT theme (white) fully ICS Layout sorry but i can't make screenshot to status bar

Bro you can make the perfect theme
Just make a full transparent theme, transparent bar (like in repencis 3.5 default theme), holo launcher apk.

Cannot Replace
i need help... i cannot install the powercontrols.apk and gradient_music.apk.....
i followed all the steps and installed the ICS theme successfully without problems....
but i cant get to install the apks.... it looks like ordinary but then it shows "Application Not Installed" if you may have experienced it before...
i m loving the screenshots and can't wait to have it on my Galaxy Y... Also the system replacer was also not working thru Setting > Repencis labs.... so i had to use root explorer...
P.S: i registered just to get the solution
