Due to a request from PA Team to take down ParanoidPreferences, from v16.1.0 forward I exclude ParanoidPrefereances.apk from the ROM.

6. notifications work. you have to set it from sounds once... I missed editing of build.prop for default notification... since i replaced that with AOSP notification
I don't think many use panorama cam...
there will be least Sony stuff added to give maximum performance and smoothness ..

Facing problem using this Stock ICS Beta Kernel with this ROM .
My Wifi is always giving me problems ......
so please solve it ...........

Well okay! I don't need other sony stuff but that'd be nice so I can take brilliant landscape pictures when leaving to thailand in 2 weeks so I can impress my friends Do you happen to know would it be possible to install it from .apk if I backup it from another rom?
Loving the rom fast and slim but how com no init.d tweaks for Neo. Almost forgot exceptional battery life. Need testers for led fix count me in.

* no FM radio support yet (have to integrate sony SEMC, not a priority atm)
* ROMControl weather function will FC, If you dont install GAPPS.
* Power menu>reboot>recovery, Press home button to actually make the phone reboot.(framework problem, not planning on fixing this soon)
* Caller volume bug (workaround to reach 100% volumeress [vol plus] until your at max, then [vol min] and then [vol plus]), AOKP bug.
* A2DP Bluetooth stereo audio (BT-music headsets): audio isnt channeled to the headset, but sent to phone speaker anyone have any ideas?
* Data and 2G toggle arent showing up, try flashing 2g data toggle patch below ROM download
* Statusbar brightness bar might bounce a bit, general AOKP bug, dunno how to fix yet
* Face unlock cant find camera (will try and fix this)

Need some serious JAVA DEV help with:
- Hacked wpa_supplicant (from /system/bin) which will allow ad-hoc mode (to get wifi tethering to work)
- Hacked Camera.apk, to get camcorder working (or porting SECM camera to AOSP)
- Porting radio app to AOSP without using SEMC framework
some remarkable things have been programmed by nobodyAtall, in his rom [ROM] MiniCM9-3.0.1 [2/5/12]ICS 4.0.4/CM9 port for the Χ10 mini, perhaps people can get ideas etc from his rom (he for example ported radio app without a semc framework being present!).
His rom is based on an Xperia that is very similar to a ray in hardware, hopefully close eneugh

I dont have a bluetooth a2dp stereo headset..
Only use a mono Parrot carkit... and that works fine.. so dunno.. if you can specify me what rom does work with your BT headset (FXP KA JJ).. i might be able to cook up a patch..
for now, you'll have to try it urself.. to see if it works..

Really nice port....I have had it running for about 4 hours. Nice and smooth, a lot like JJs AOKP. So far the battery drain has been really good and I have been really using it (not much time in deep sleep). I needed to adjust some of the network settings in the build.prop and I adjusted the cpu (now running between 133 and 1401MHz and under volted). WIFI, USB connection are working great.
The only "thing" I noticed is that the video recording is still broken.....I know, not your fault.....

btw this AOKP is not based on CyanogeMod, its built completly from AOKP source. It does incorporate some files that XperiaFree team built for CM9 (some libs).

Made a seperate flashable zip under 'Patches' for the 2g\data toggle.. for those intrested.. this ROMControl wasnt made for build 32 of AOKP, so bugs etc.. your own risk seems to work fine though

I havent checked this, but front cam works.. so I dont see why It would'nt.. not sure if it will be choppy... like main cam can be while recording

I have attached my current build.prop. It is even more altered than before...and you will probably notice from the build.prop that I have supercharged the ROM. The supercharging makes it really snappy, it is more dramatic on the AOKP ROMs (this one and JJs) than on some of the other ICS ROMs, probably depends a little on the init.d tweaks. I noticed that a lot of other devices running AOKP are popular users of the V6 supercharger....
I also attached the altered services.jar that allows you to Supercharge to 100% (some of the OOM settings are adjusted so the launcher can be made hard to kill). The zip is flashable in CWM Recovery and was created by: http://android.mimic.ca
I have only tried the installed camera to record video. I was going to try Hansips camera MOD but that will have to wait until later. I tried the camera from KA15 or 16 on JJs AOKP ROM and it didn't fix the video recording...I've downloaded KA17.2 because I wanted to try the Aroma installer, but I am finding
it difficult to leave AOKP.....again, maybe later.
So far your ROM is working really great! Someone should tell Sirkay that the reported battery drains aren't because of his kernel.....
I did notice that if you try to exit the ROM by rebooting to recovery that the ROM hangs and won't reboot until you hit the home key...is that the way it is meant to work?

There's no magic in my build.prop....basically just turning back the 3G and GPS tweaks back to default....I think that it has something to do with my carrier or my location...because when I travel, the 3G tweaks don't make my phone over heat....just here at home, where they would be the most useful. Also the baseband doesn't seem to make a difference, because the story is the same with GB and baseband .42 and ICS (beta and official) on .64 and .70......the magic is whatever was done to AOKP to make the battery last sooooo long!!!!!!

Also the baseband doesn't seem to make a difference, because the story is the same with GB and baseband .42 and ICS (beta and official) on .64 and .70......the magic is whatever was done to AOKP to make the battery last sooooo long!!!!!!

PS: I hope that it is build from source, because MiniCM7 2.2 have a bug from CM sources in phone that sometimes FC... and request wipe cache + reboot to be solved each time it happens. Probably last nigthlies should have it solved...
I thought gapps are included in this rom as what the feature list says but i cant see any gapps after i flash this rom.

Very nice ROM for x 10 mini pro!
Almost everything works good, especially I like battery life!
some flaws:
1) WiFi tethering is unstable and I loosing connection on few devices every minute. That's not good
2) comma and dot(point) are misplaced on HW keyboard layout for English layout.
I tried Kb.fix and choosed right layout (Latin-on-cyrillic), but still have these symbols misplaced.
3) some submenus have vlack font on dark-grey background so I can hardly see text of menus.
i.e. "complete action using" or "Sound settings-vibrate"
With nAa 14 kernel, i get error status 7 during the flash.
what's the problem?

-Menu - Launcher Settings - General Settings - Tick Enable scrollable widgets
-Menu - Launcher Settings - Desktop Settings - Horizontal&Vertical Margin - Small
-Menu - Launcher Settings - Desktop Settings - Transition effect - Card Stack
-Menu - Launcher Settings - Desktop Settings - Scrolling Speed - Set to 35
-Menu - Launcher Settings - Drawer Settings - Transition effect - Card stack
-Menu - Launcher Settings - Drawer Settings - Scrolling speed - Set to 35
-Menu - Launcher Settings - Dock Settings - Horizontal&Vertical margin - Medium
-Menu - Launcher Settings - Dock Settings - Scrolling speed - set to 35
At first time, Holo Launcher might lag like hell, after that it will be smooth, trust me.
2. System Settings
-Input -Haptic feedback tweaks - Untick Haptick feedback main
-Interface - Notification power widget - Tick hide indicator&hide scrollbar
-Interface - Statusbar tweaks - Tick Statusbar brightness control
3. Performance Settings
-CPU Settings - governors - SmartAssv2 (CUSTOM KERNEL)
-CPU Settings - Min CPu Freq. - 245mhz (CUSTOM KERNEL)
-CPU Settings - Max CPU Freq. -600 - 729mhz (overclock)
-CPU Settings - Tick Set on boot
-Compcache RAM Usage - Disabled
-Use JIT - Tick
-Enable surface dithering - Untick
-Use 16bit transparency - Untick
-Scrolling Cache - Force disable
-Allow purging of assets - Tick
4. Beat Configuration
Beat Headset
- Enable Dinamic Range, Select effect Strength "Superior"
- Enable X-bass, Select effect Strength "Extreme"
- Enable Equalizer, Select Preset "Beat GIO"
- Select effect Strength Loudness Compensation "Strongest"
- Enable Virtual Room, Select effect "Stage"
xLOAD speaker
- Disable x-Bass,
- Enable Equalizer, Select Preset "Beat GIO"
X-Bluetooth (IF U use bluetooth Headset Type)
- Enable Dinamic Range, Select effect Strength "Superior"
- Enable X-bass, Select effect Strength "Extreme"
- Enable Equalizer, Select Preset "Beat GIO"
- Select effect Strength Loudness Compensation "Strongest"
- Enable Virtual Room, Select effect "Stage"
And TurnON Dolby Effect....

Sure, you can test it, with nAa 06, cos nAa 06 compatible to GingerBread, ICS, And JellyBean

With nAa 06 kernel not work stop on boot for me, and i wish if can include direct call, and back button ends call and cm10.1 backports if possible and this rom is my rom today i now im testing
