I still pick the Note over the HTC one X....

The One X should win hands down performance wise. It also has a nice design but I still prefer my note's huge screen.

This.
Obviously the Tegra 3 would beat the Note in terms of raw performance.
But I love the Note because of it's versatility. It's more than just a phone.

Two things make the Note the winner in my eyes. The screen, and the fact that I hate Sense. Samsung has screens on lock, and I couldn't go away from Super AMOLED or this 5.3" beauty. And I know Sense is easily dealt with by custom launchers and such, but the icons still bug me in the app drawer.
Plus, I don't have any complaints with my Note's performance, so any performance improvements from here will really only interest me if they improve battery life with similar performance...that, or I want to be able to hook my phone up to a controller and HDTV and play Battlefield 3 online.

Didn't read that article, but I'm gonna say that I still prefer Note over the One X.
I usually "rent" the newest phones for a couple of months before returning it, but I still haven't tried out the intl One X yet (and probably gonna pass on it).
Other than some casual skimming online, the One X looks like it's barely even better than the original GS2 (if at all...)
Although it looks like the One series is something "different"...I'm not too sure how fast HTC can recover from consecutive quarters of having decreasing profits.
That's what happened from them releasing EVO rehashes....whereas Samsung actually released newer upgraded stuff.

Coming from the htc evo I already hate htc with there crappy sence stuff... The evo was a cool phone for a bit and the new htc one x looks nice but im loving samsungs screens and i love the huge screen on my note... I would rather stick to my note!!!

I'd prefer the international HTC One X over the AT&T Galaxy Note, but if we're comparing both AT&T versions, I'd go for the Note.

I am sticking with the note. I hate when he does the quadrant on the note. That's not accurate. I would get 3200 on stock. He has to many rogue apps running. My SERAPHIM ICS ROM averages 3500 quadrant. So that is a unfair comparison.

The ones has awesome battery life? I thought it did not, and I don't like the fact that a battery can't be swapped out.
The ones looks nice but I like my Note, especially since I got it 2 months ago and I have probably about 16 months until upgrade eligible!

I'm not as worried about the non-swap battery as I am the lack of a MicroSd slot. While I generally don't bump up against the internal storage max, I always feel more comfortable knowing I can add additional storage if (and I always seem to add a card ) I want/need to.
I have to say that I love my note and other than rooting it at present, I am sticking with stock till ICS or a really stable ROM comes along.

This shouldnt be compared with each other as the note is on a different phone category. Wait for the the LG studio to come out then we have a comparison.

Not to mention they're comparing the international OneX to the AT&T note which for most people here makes no sense (haha, get it?). The AT&T OneX will only have a dual core 1.5GHz Snapdragon which is found in the Note because the Tegra 3 doesn't support LTE. So this thread is kind of pointless. The Note has a bigger and better screen, better UI, and everything else is about the same between the two.
Oh and a non-removable battery and no memory expansion? What are we, Iphone users now?

I am pretty confident the ATT One X is going to have the S4 anyway... No LTE support on the Tegra 3.

look at the specs page. Yes it will only have a dual core. That's honestly what killed it for me. From this note I'll step up to a phone with a quad core that also support LTE. Now since no such device exists yet, I'll be here for a while.

Yeah. I don't know why they bothered comparing the two. The S4 will outperform our S3 for sure. But the Tegra 3 isnt even applicable.

If you mean why did the websites compare the two? Probably because they're both the new edgy devices and wanted more readers to think that they had something insightful to day. Or they were just bored and wanted to kill all our time.
If you mean the OP? I'd probably say they were bored.

How did this guy manage to get 2254 in quadrant on the note? I got over 3500 out of the box...

Less than 2 weeks left on my return window..

I love the note. I have 2 weeks or so left that I can return the phone.
The reason I started this thread is because I was wondering if anyone of you would rather have the One X over this phone. The One X looks awesome. I don't know if I want that or the note. I could open a second line and have both, as I've seen some people do that. But I'm not sure how practical that would be. I don't know what I would need to use the note for if I had the One X also.
The only thing I can do if I just want the One X is take this phone back, cancel the AT&T account, re-open the account with a different phone and exchange when the One X comes out in the beginning of May (if it does come out then). Not sure how much AT&T would like that and if even I would want to go through all that.
I guess I'm just looking for opinions on what you guys would do and your interests in the One X.
Tough choice. Both phones have their pros and cons. The Note has a bigger screen, removable battery, SD card. The One X is probably going to have performance and a better camera.
I've gotten pretty used to the size of the Note, and I really like the screen too. Battery life is something that was always a problem for me on my last 2 HTC phones, so that would make me a little hesitant.
Buy the One X straight out. No contract discount. And sell the GNote, because you'll end up paying more with the other ways.

I've never owned an HTC device personally, but my girlfriend has owned nothing but. So she's always on the latest HTC and I'm always on the latest Samsung.
Just from playing with her Evo 3D, I have found I don't really like the Sense UI (One X is supposed to have Sense 4 which people have been saying is more intuitive) and I hate that HTC always makes the camera lens project out from their phones.
Otherwise, I just love the Note's big screen. I was nervous about how practical it would be at first, but now that I'm used to it I would hate to have to go back to a smaller device.
All that said - my girlfriend is stoked about the One X and will probably be switching to AT&T to pick one up.
Its all personal preference.

Honestly, I would keep the Note. You sound like me. When a new device comes out, I'm tempted to get it. More times than not, I end up regretting it. I thimk you will miss the Note if you get rid of it. As nice as the One X looks, it still has a few deal breakers that prevents me from getting it.
-Sense UI
-No removeable battery
-No SD card slot
-Smaller screen
Also, I watched a video on the One X and people have noticed that the back of the phone is not solid. People are able to push on it, causing a sinking effect.

Read Engadget's review of the One X vs. One S that's one of their newest articles. The One X has performance, no doubt, but neither have stellar battery life. 6 hours on rundown test for the One X - the ATT GNote got over 8 hours and has a bigger screen to boot. If anything, take your Note back and go to your old phone and wait for the SGS3. If it uses a new Exynos processor, the battery and performance should rock - plus Samsung said that battery life is going to be a focus in all future phones.
HTC One series seem to have pretty crappy screens. Haven't liked HTC in the past and will stick to Samsung from now on. Plus rumors that future Samsung phones (Starting with SGS3) will give users the ability to pick a vanilla launcher or TouchWiz.
Personally, I'd keep the Note. Great device so far and now that ICS is in the hands of Dev's, it's gonna get rockin'. Fast.
ATT One X = 16 gigs internal memory with no support for memory card; deal breaker. Period.
Non-removable battery, and no sd card slot. Why would you even consider this?
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I717 using XDA
The one thing that would bug the crap out of me is laying the one X down flat on a desk. It will wobble due to the rear camera protruding out. Even with a case on, I bet it still sticks out. Esthetically...the one X lost my interest already. Not to mention no sd card slot and removable battery. However, the Sprints version will have both sd card slot and removable battery E4GLTE.
But thats my opinion. At the end, you shoukd do whats best for you. Thats the good thing about androids...you have options!

You have to take all the performance parts of the Engadget article with a HUGE grain of salt. They tested the international One X versus the the international One S. The ATT One X is actually a One XL and is based on the same chipset as the One S. So assume what little advantage it had on the One S will be lost or perhaps forfeited since it is driving a much larger resolution on the same chipset. (These LTE devices being brought to ATT seem to suffer a bit on processor in order to get better data throughput)
Everything I have been reading leads me to believe that screen will actually beat the Note's though. Same resolution, but smaller, better viewing angles and comparable brightness. Reviewers have actually been comparing these exact screens.
I wouldn't buy it for the screen though. I don't really trust HTC yet. Primarily I can't stand Sense, even if it is supposed to be lighter now. I had a Nexus One and liked it, but it was deeply flawed. Every HTC device since has been a let down on one level or the other, and they are all heavy weights with bad batteries. No SD, a fixed battery, Sense, probable locked bootloaders and a dubious claim that they are changing their marketing strategy makes me want to sit this one out.

[Q] Keep my One X or return and buy the S3?

I am really stuck here. I love the One X's SLCD2 display and sense, but I think the SGS3 will have better battery life and a removable battery (correct me if I'm wrong), so I would really appreciate an un-biased answer, I have until the 4th of May to make my mind up completely. A poll has also been attached. Thanks!
We don't know anything about the s3 yet. You seem to not have fallen in love with that phone or you wouldn't be asking, so send it back.
But, the s3 isn't even being announced until the 3rd, and who knows how long we have to wait for a release? And depending on where you live it could be longer (might not be worldwide right away). So in that sense, keep your 1x.
You also need a 'don't give a ****' option in your poll
If you're asking this it would suggest you aren't overly fussed on the One X; I wasn't either for the short period I was using one.
If I was in your shoes I would send back and wait for the release of the S3; or at least wait till the 3rd and see what is unveiled. I think the S3 is going be better than the One X; and I am pretty positive it will be a removable battery since Samsung are known to hate internal batteries.
Touchwiz on the S2 did ruin stock ICS, but remember touchwiz 4.0 was designed for GB, the touchwiz on the S3 will be designed for ICS, so it will have more of an ICS feel which will be sweet.
I am going try get my hands on one, my work will be getting one hopefully; but I wouldn't get much use on it.

And TouchWiz doesn't?
In all honesty OP, you're best just sitting on the One X until the S3 is officially announced and you can see how the specs really line up. Give it a week, there will be 10 reviews of the S3 vs. One X and you can make an educated decision for yourself.
Personally I don't think there will be much difference between the two, if at all. If the current trend to drop the removable battery and SD card is followed then the only thing that will separate the two will be design.

Have you used SGS2? At least on GB the Touchwiz was very light and smooth compared to laggy Sense on Sensation. + With Touchwiz there comes the only real smooth web browser in the Android world at the moment.
So I was typing a response and accidentally refreshed the page... From my perspective, I would go for the SGS III, though I do agree that it may be a good idea to wait until the third to see if it is what you want. It all comes down to preference, get what you want. I'm a bit fed up with HTC because of the poor build quality of their phones I have used and worked on, as well as the locked bootloaders. I don't think they have much in the way of quality control (I went through 3 Evo 3Ds before I found one that didn't have an extremely yellowed screen). As big of a deal that Samsung is making about their new flagship, it had better be good.
Wait and see if it is the device for you.
EDIT: Also, Sense is a b**ch.
what a great idea to post this in the GS3 forum xP
i'm in the same situation, just that my OneX has backlight flickering. so i could return it and instead get a GS3...
i wait till it's announced, if it has better build quality than the old galaxies, i switch, else i stay.
i still hate the paperfeeling of the galaxy devices

Hah. Chill. Yes I've used an S2, I've owned one since release day.
I have no problem with TouchWiz, it was a joke. I would hardly call it light, but it is smooth. And yes, the browser is awesome (although I prefer Chrome).
For me, right now - before 3rd of May, this question is irrelevant. After SGS III premiere, you'll know what's going on. Today all you know about this phone are rumors. So let's wait till Thursday.
for me ,waiting S3 ,but my girlfriend HTC ONE X also awesome. power phone
AT&T has a history of releasing the Galaxy phones about six months after Samsung announces them.
So don't expect to see an ATT LTE Galaxy S3 until October/November at the earliest.
If you don't care about LTE, then you could pick up a non-LTE European GSM version for $600-$900.
I'd stick with the HTC though. That LTE is totally worth it, IMO.
I'm almost certain that the GS3 will be slightly better than the ONE X, but when it comes to quality, feel in the hand and looks the ONE X is very hard to beat (and lets be honest, Samsung doesnt have a history of classy phones)! Anw i'm torn between the two and i hope Samsung makes my decision hard! Cheers!

Hi
yeah it does look likely that the s3 will only be slightly better
1. s3's screen will more or less be the same as the one x's
2. they both have quad core cortex a9 processors under the hood
3. the s3 may have a better gpu
4. one x already has 32gb memory so sd card slot or not it doesnt matter
5. s3 may have better battery life and maybe even a removeable battery
6. s3 will probably have 4g lte
so it is going to be the gpu performance, battery life and 4g that will give the s3 the win over one x's better looks and feel assuming the s3 is not gonna have the same
BUT is all that really worth the wait...................

4. Sgs with sd card slot
5. Bigger battery then HTC X, 2050 we are expecting, quad core using less battery , sgs3 will have green pixel which will reduce 20% amoled consumption
6. agree on that
7. led notification (possible)
8. Samsung will add something new, smth like eye recognition...

Phone envy? Not yet.

The two phones I would be envious of right now is the HTC One X and Galaxy S3.
I recently held the One X demo/fake unit in my hand and it was nice. I liked how thin the bezel was all around. It was almost all screen. But it doesn't have a removable battery and I doubt with my heavy usage habits it would last me all day.
With the Galaxy S3, it has a 2100mAh battery which is impressive, but a comparison showed that it is similar in size to the Galaxy Nexus, which was too wide for my hands.
The Rezound still has a very nice screen, and a fast dual core that will still be fast enough for a while. Now that I have the extended battery, my phone easily lasts all day even with my heavy use.
So I'm not itching to get a new phone yet. I wonder what the next wave of phones will be like. Then I'll have phone envy.

Not me. If I were buying a phone today (and it were available on Verizon), I'd take the One X over the Rezound... but, thats only because it IS a better phone... To say that I'm envious of it though would be a lie, because the fact is that I am still extremely happy with the Rezound and feel that it hasn't even the chance to show us its full potential yet.
Not envious of any. One X is cool but lack of removable battery blows me. I burn down two extended batteries in one day sometimes.

Man, I never knew how nice it is to have an extended battery. Just not having to worry about battery life is a HUGE plus. Even having a thicker phone is worth it. It makes the Rezound look awkward, but it actually feels good to hold.
Between the One X and S3, I think the One X looks better. But if I were to choose one to buy, I would get the S3 just for the bigger battery. Also, the S3 would probably be more root and S-Off friendly.
From the various article I've read, Verizon will not get the One X, but the S3 seems probable.
P.S. How do you go through 2 extended batteries in a day? I thought I was a heavy user with all my game playing and web surfing. I can still make it through the day with just one extended battery.
The only thing Im jealous about that the galaxy has is aosp. As it is getting harder to get aosp working on HTC phones I may consider Samsung for next phone. I love htc I just home the rezound will get it someday

Verizon has said we're not getting any One variants which is a bummer because I wanted the One S to come badly.
That being said, all my phone envy is on the other carriers.

From what I understand the GSIII will house the same LTE chip that the incredible HD and HTC one series that house the S4 chip.

Tbh I'm up at 6 am, phone off the charger and I'm listening to morning Jams. That's like 40 minutes streaming, then I drive to the subway then get on the train for 30,that's more of me streaming music, surfing the Internet, texting, on uno online. Then I get to work and literally use my phone from 9am to 530. Streaming, playing, netflix and texting. And I have my screen on auto or max. Then I'm back on the bus doing the reverse. Get home, back to streaming and more. But sometimes I work overtime.
Long winded but bam. That's me burning through them.

Samsung SGS3 or Rezound?

Hey guys i cant decide if i should get the sgs3 or stick with my rezound. with money aside, what would you guys do? why is the sgs3 so hyped and is it even going to be better?
the rezound has 1.5 ghz dual core while sgs3 had 1.4 dual core. both have 8mp cameras.
idk they just seem similar and idk why this phone has so much anticipation.
any feedback would help
It's all what you really enjoy personaly I loved My epic 4G touch (sprints galaxy s2) and had to swap because sprint dropped signal in my area I like the rezound but I belive Samsung is geared to what I like and they give you more freedom on your phone.

Save your money get the next nexus and profit.
i've been through like 6 rezound so usually i can convince VZW to replace me with a new device. I can't decide though if it would be smart if i should try to get the samsung or just keep the rezound

well the speed of the dual core might be similar but they're running different chips, whihc apparently makes quite a difference in speed and supposedly in battery life too. but one thing samsung has had issues with on cdma from a lot of people's experiences i've read about is poor signal. for whatevre reason they seem to have trouble making good cdma radios.
If you don't like sense, want a thinner phone go with the gs3. If you want a better screen and sense stay with the Rez. I am 90% sure I am sticking with the Rez for now at least but I'll see what else is lined up for the fall/holiday time frame.
I think the biggest thing to consider between the two devices is the size, weight, and the battery life. SG3 has an edge on all of these 3 areas.
the screen on the SG3 can be too big for some people but if you like large phone, then it's the obvious choice. While SG3 is 1.2, it should actually runs faster due to the newer cpu.
personally if I would buying a new phone, I would choose SG3 over Rezound simply because it has newer technology and hopefully will support future os upgrade. The advantage with rezound of course is the ROM development.

Isn't the SG3 1.5ghz similar to the Rezound? It just has a different chipset.
sg3
if i had the money to burn id buy the sg3. i've found sense much more bloated than it used to be on my dinc and i believe its actually gotten worse rather than better. I never thought i'd say it but id say bring on touchwiz(even though u might be better getting the nexus still)

okay then. ill try to convince VZW to get me a sgs3 lol. who knows if they will but since ive been through so many phones.... they gotta have sympathy
I upgrade in august and I will probably either go Incredible 4g or go for a nexus. The samsung interface doesn't appeal to me and I am not a hardware nazi. Give me a phone that doesn't have interface lag and I am happy. the most powerful apps i use is probably my browser.
The sgsiii just doesn't look good as a phone looks wise. also after watching some of the break tests and system teardown videos, I'm afraid its gonna be as fraile as the iphone 3g was.
I recommend waiting to see what Google does with ASUS this fall-ish. The padfone looks pretty awesome.
My vote is for rezound.

just curious. why?
For the record, the dual core in the SGS3 completely destroys the one in the Rezound, also 2GB of RAM is basically future proofing you for years.

Cause its a great phone with at least another 18 months of good life left. ICS hasn't even hit yet, and when it does there will be a huge resurgence of development. The screen is still the best one out there IMO, and I really love HTCs design style.
That, and the SGSIII is fugly. Extremely fugly.
Galaxy S3 has the Snapdragon S4 chipset, while the Rezound has the S3 chipset. With equal clock speeds, the S4 can be up to 50% faster than the S3. Overall the GS3 will blow the Rezound out of the water in terms of speed. It also has twice as much RAM and a larger battery. If you could get one for $200, I would do it. With its specs the GS3 seems like a phone that will still be decent 2 years down the line. I'm not so certain about my Rezound 2 years later. At full price I probably would just stick with the Rezound. The only two negatives for the GS3 would be the really large size, and the screen quality is likely a small step down from the Rezound (although 0.5" bigger). One other potential negative is TouchWiz, though I don't know how it compares to Sense 3.6 or 4.0.
S3 is bigger, faster, and has better battery life. I'm dropping the Rezound for it. UI lag drives me insane, and Sense seems like it will always have it, even though its only a split second lag from pressing phone and loading the dialer, I want instant loads like the iphone, and Sense doesn't do it.

[Q] Convince me: One X+ over Galaxy S3

Ok. I'm planning to upgrade from my LG G2x (Wind Optimus 2X) to either with Galaxy S3 or the One X+ (North American - Telus Canada versions). I'm leaning to the S3, but I want to see if people on this forum can change my mind. My criteria:
- Real-life performance (benchmarks are moot)
- Battery-life
- Camera performance
- Construction quality
- Future proofing (ROM development both 3rd party or manufacturer)
Coming from the LG G2x, I've learned a lot of lesson on areas I've gotten burned. That's one reason I've ruled out the Nexus 4 (being LG) and that fact that 16GB is not freaking enough. Google is smoking dope if they think we can get everything off the cloud and don't need much storage...not when we're on a plane or in the subway. I've learned that nVidia is terrible and doesn't support or provide source code for the Tegra (at least for the Tegra 2), I've learned, that though the processor was great, the G2x was totally short on RAM 384MB (usable), I've learn that given all these issues both LG and developers here and there weren't spending much effort supporting the device.
I much prefer the design and construction of the One X+ over the Galaxy S3, I also prefer, Sense over TouchWiz, but I'm open to trying new ROMs, skins, and launchers. I prefer things to work well stock, out of the box, but again if I need to rolling in a new ROM (or just a nice update on Android, I'm happy to do so.)
So I've probably already convinced myself based on my criteria, the S3 is better choice for me, even though, I dread the look and the feel in hand, and the fact that it's as ubiquitous as the iPhone. So someone convince me otherwise to go with the One X+ instead.

It depends on what ROM you plan to use for battery life. I can't make a solid answer about battery yet, but I will say if you plan on gaming it eats up battery pretty quickly. IMO, I prefer the One X camera. Audio quality on the one X plus seems better as well. My advice would be to go to a store and try both phones out and see which one is best for you.

The battery is about the same as my s3, that I owned for 4 months it's about 8-19 hours depending on how heavy I use my phone mostly tapatalk YouTube pulse facebook talk and texting all day with some GPS navigation. The camera is about the same, (HTC camera software blows Samsung's out the water) HTC one x wins all the way in my book, the phone works great s3 software is still ics stock while the one x is jellybean.
One thing I wanna note is the one x plus has no lagg at all the speakers on the s3 internal and external sucks compared to onex+

Not a lot gaming at all. More surfing, videos, and I tend to use navigation a lot when I'm travelling. I hate having my phone out of juice in the middle of the afternoon especially when I'm travelling in another city because I was using the navigation/GPS a lot.

For me personally there is also a non technical/specs related reason. I've always been a fan of HTC devices. Design, build quality and reliability is the best among Android devices. Eventhough competing brands might offer a specs wise slightly better device, I keep supporting HTC by buying their products. I want the company to stay in the Android phone business! Otherwise Samsung or Apple will soon be the only main manufacturers...

Agree 100% on HTC as company. In fact, I was using HTC for my two previous devices prior to going to the LG G2x. Again big regret going to LG. But times have changed a bit and Samsung is really pulling ahead in the Android market. My biggest concern with One X+ reading around is the battery life. Right now it seems some people are doing fine with while others are having some serious battery drain issues. I might need to get the device and try it a couple of days to really find out for myself.

Isn't there a 14-30 day period when u buy a phone that u can return it no questions asked with a new contract? If so, why does anyone need to tell anyone answers to questions they can figure out on their own? Lol. Get the S3, play with it for 10 days, return it for hox+, return it in 10 days, then stick with the one u like best. If u can't figure out battery life in 10 days then a smartphone probably ain't for u, lol! Some people
If you had to choose between phones, choose between the Optimus G or the HTC One X+. I say this because I personally want to spend $200 on a phone with 1.) Good Build Quality and 2.) not outdated Hardware (the S3 has a dual core, all phones now have quad core). If you want many ROMs, then get the S3. I've had all 3 phones, and I'm sticking with the One X+. Battery life is on par with S3, but the Optimus G has the best out of all. One X+ screen is on par with Optimus G, and they both blow the S3 screen. S3 and One X+ cameras are both good, Optimus G's is mediocre.
Hope this helped.

I'm in Canada, so things are a little different with our carriers. My current provider had a 30min voice and 50MB data usage limit to void the device return policy even though the period is 14 days. I'll have to look into Telus's policy more closely if they also have something similar. That and we have 3 yr contracts and better healthcare...
I just returned my One X+. I wanted it because I really like the 64GB of internal storage. Plus I was getting bored with my Galaxy S3. I knew I was losing RAM but figured it was worth the trade off (the U.S. GS3 has 2GB RAM vs 1GB for One X+).
I have the GS3 with AOKP and after using the One X+ I realized it is NOT faster than my GS3 like I was thinking it would be. I knew the One X+ was not as friendly to root and flash ROMs like the GS3 but I was willing to just leave it stock. It's not that it lagged or anything. It works great as is. It's just that having the Galaxy S3 and iPhone 5 (Nexus 4) it did not offer the performance boost I was looking for. As for the storage, my GS3 does have less internal storage but it does accept SD cards.
It does play better looking games than the US GS3 with its Adreno 225. It will get really hot playing the high end games but I had a case on so I didn't feel it as much. The One X+ GPU is not better than the iPhone 5 GPU or even the Nexus 4 with its Adreno 320. I knew that before hand but was still fine with that. I just mention it here in case you didn't know.
As for battery life, I had a PowerSkin on my One X+ that offers some protection AND has spare battery power if and when needed. So I didn't have a battery problem myself.
If your fine not having a device that's as friendly to hack and has as much developer support then I would say the One X+ would be good over the GS3. I didn't like that by keeping my One X+ stock that I couldn't disable all the bloat but it was a small price to pay I guess.

You do realize the one x+ has a 12 core gpu. IPhone 5 is a quad gpu and I'm not sure about the s4 pro.
Sent from my HTC One X+ using Tapatalk 2
lol. You believe because it has more cores that makes it better? The “cores" are not equal at all. The GPU's are different. And although you see that number you are very mistaken to think that makes it more powerful. Its not. Its not even close to being the same.
No the iPhone 5 has a 3 core GPU. The iPad last I check has the quad core GPU to push all those extra pixels. Benchmarks can show how many frames the devices run loading and playing certain things. The iPhone 5 in mine and others who done it handles and plays way smoother with mores frames in those intense benchmark 3D tests.
I forgot some people can't accept a device they like or has being less powerful and beaten by other devices. In whatever area. I didn't mean to make think the One X+ GPU is not good. It just really is not better than the other two I listed. Once my devices GPUs are beaten by others I have no problem accepting that. In fact, I said the Tegra-3 was better than my Adreno 225 in my GS3.
