I have a samsung conquer 4g and I am horrible at making the META-INF folder for roms. I tried making one but it failed. I ported a cm9 rom but i need help with that folder more specifically how to get the numbers (permissions I think their called). Hello i'm trying to make a ROM based off Cyan's latest nightly, so i have a port file so that it will boot on my phone, but i want to put the portfile straight into the rom using dsxida kitchen so that i dont have to flash to files, but i dont know how to do thins any help is greatly appreciated, as i am new to this but i would love to learn!

for the begining, i think that i need to use dsixda kitchen and BEFORE building it, i know that i need to do some modifications like on the update-script and build.prop
what else do i need to take care of ?

But the cooks do not want to give any help to cook the rom on Desire HD.

I am trying to port cm7 over to our device and having issues.
The first issue in clockworkmod it says (status 0)
I deleted the meta inf folder and resign the rom using android kitchen. Now it is giving me (bad)
Can someone please take a look at the update scripts to see what's gong on?

can anyone help me in designing a rom. actually im makin my own custom rom n need assistance to port the apps with there lib file and all other related file needed in porting...
example i want to port task manger from alliance rom to omega rom ... just an example....
another is how to modify systemui.apk file like i want it to be like miui4 ...
\plz help me out...
u can give me links to those threads related to these issues...

I want to integrate my rom, mod "pureperformance x CM1.4"
I put the files in their respective folders,
setup and data folders in the root of the rom ..
what is not to give permissions from the update-script ... is a big problem for me ...
if someone could help me integrate the necessary permissions to update-script, that I take them well, install the rom, would greatly appreciate it.
