Checking if anyone would be willing to port this over to the amaze would be great on android revolution. I tried flashing it on stock ICS and the music player was stuck on the discover tab and would force close as soon as I'd try to play music.

I have power amp, the HTC music player sounds better through my car while on A2DP streaming, and power amp keeps doubling some of my folders creating song duplicates as well showing videos in the music library. Its quite annoying power amp seemed to work better on my galaxy s 2.

Poweramp allows you to pick which folders to pick from. If its doubled up, its because u didn't set it up right.
I've also ran beats on 3.5, DSP on 3.0, and poweramp on both. I ALWAYS run ALL music through my car. It's not even close poweramp gives more bass and a cleaner sound and its not even really that close.

I been using poweramp for a long time I know how it sounds and folder thing is a bug, idk if its from my sdcard or what but it duplicates them whether I'm picking folders or not I can just reflash my current rom and the problem is solved. I'd rather not deal with it and I like the HTC player better. I'm glad power amp works great for you and you love it I don't and I'm hoping someone would port this over if not oh well thanks for your response anyways.

Currently Im running energy ICS for amaze....it has the beats option in the rom...but the betas only sound half of what beats "should" sound like...As I have his mod on my sensation and it sounds INCREDIBLE!

I just noticed that. What's with that? (Beats on energy). Was that deliberate? Because its not in his changelog at all. I'm so perplexed lol

I'm using your colormod theme, on Android revolution and now I have beats and dolby in the music app. So Idk if using the mod would really do anything anymore since we can't use his effects? any idea?

Are you able to see Beats in the sound enhancer in music player? does it have any effect? also Try asking the creator of the Energy rom as he has beats in his rom, but I believe it only sounds 50% of what beats should sound like

Not a work of mine, Saw It in the galaxy sl forum. tried it. I'm felt a slight boost and enhanced quality in bass. and over all sound quality slightly improved (I'm using poweramp). Just Sharing It , If You find it useful then please hit the THANKS Button.

There is no interface for it, just a collection of bin files. Suggests it's just a fancy equalizer and nothing more, why on earth this is meant to be so great use beyond me.yes it changes the sound slightly, but is no better than say Sony xplode.

My phone get bootloop after install that .zip. i use rom T.E.A.M beta for neo. Sry for my english.

I install it on ICS beta. Works without problems.
Your boot loop is unrelated, the zip deleted nothing just puts extra files on.......

Shouldn't you remove the thread? Because all the other Beats threads have been removed per request.. Probably Beats or HTC complained..

Yes it makes sound cleaner and with some models of headphones more bass (I noticed better bass in Sony XB300, in Xears sound is only cleaner)
My friend installed those beats audio in my phone, but then I flahed a new rom and it's gone. I noticed a difference in the sound and with the beats audio installed, everything sounds smoother. Can someone direct me to a download link for them? Thanks.

Which Rom is on your phone now? Most ROMs already have it built in.
Beats is just an audio preset. Try DSP manager, so much better

Just a hint: Beats is far from being "awesome", it´s just a marketing gag (at least imao ). Search for DSP Manager instead (and start using PowerAmp and its EQ).

Yeah Beats is awful, please don't buy into that hype. Learn to tweak an EQ to your liking instead. And get headphones that accurately reproduce sound (no, not the Beats headphones...)

As an audiophile with Sennheiser HD650's, I can say that Beats are just a gimmick for 'bass' heads who'd prefer to have their ear drums perforated than have perfect sound reproduction. Now, just waiting for Voodoo and my Note 2 will be complete.

Do we have good sound mod (BEATS is no way even normal for me) that can be installed on latest Newt's ROM (HTC ONE port)?
I play music via bluetooth in my car and Beats mode is terrible for it. I wan't some mod that can work with native HTC player.
May be i missed somthing? Are those mods are ROM/base/firmware dependent? I found only one mod thread here, but i am not sure if this one is the best and that it will work with Newt's ROM.

Alright so for some reason either I'm going deaf or my phone is messing up...but it seems like when I play music out of my phones speaker it sounds very low,,I mean I can hear it but it seems like its bot as loud as it used to be..tried different roms,,same,,and us there any way to get beats sound enhancements back on to our phones,,,also what is the ,,decks volume zip for??? Yeah I don't think that would work on sense roms,,would it??
The acid audio does work, you just have to flash the stock version and not aosp. Rest of the steps apply.
