Does anyone know of a modded cartoon wars the enables offline play? Because currently like all the gamevil games you need a data connection to play. Is it possibly to mod the game to enable offline play? Thank you

Just got my Sony tablet on Monday. I like to play games like freecell and Mahjong and I tried loading the Pogo app and it don't work. Are there any game apps that once installed allow you to play while not having a wifi connection?
I have young kids who play Minecraft on their Kindles/iPods all the time. I enjoy playing with them sometimes too I have been looking for games with similar multi-player experience, but without full internet online playing. I don't want my kids playing/chatting with anyone I don't know.
