After I update my Android to ICS version, I don't like the new boot animation
Can someone help me and send me boot animation from GB 2.3.4 ?

Hi, I recently rooted my Eris and sadly my favorite part of the bootup sequence was replaced with a boring HTC stock then the Verizon logo. Anyone have the original startup (bootanimation.zip) with the animated android poping up around the screen?

/system/bootanimation/bootanimation.zip, replace that zip

Explore on X10 mini themes and apps, there are a lot of nice bootanimations

just download .42 firmware from here, and flash with flashtool

Why not just root and install CRT animation mod to your phone?
2.3.4 has quite a lot bugfixes and improvements.
excatly bro wana do that only but failed to find any such mod that can kickoff CRT animation back in 2.3.4

I'm using the latest version of the Xperia U AOSX ROM as base and i've just edited the build.prop, some apps preinstalled and the bootanimation for now. I'm not working on the framework because i'm stuck on this problem for now. Thank you for the answer anyway

Both.. boot-animation and build.prop can make this happen, try making partial changes, bootanimation 1st, then prop, then..
There is this tool, i have used it a lot.. for my own(personal usage) roms, it can be quite useful.

Yes it's booting. Right now i'm working on Settings.apk file
